I just wanted to throw out there that when Lee won the MVP in the rookie-sophomore allstar game, going 14/14 FG's, his partner in crime was none other then...Chris Paul. Sure it was a no-defense exhibition game, but I remember watching that game back then and thinking, man would these two look good together.
In any potential (dream) trade with Paul, I would really want to keep Lee back, especially at PF (and he'll have Okafor at C). You don't give up arguably the best PnR big man in the league, while also acquiring one of the best PnR point guards. You want to pair Paul with Lee, not Paul with Gallo. Hell, if you could keep Paul, Gallo, Lee, and also take on Okafor, we'd have cemented four of our starting 5, with the only weakness being the easy to fill SG spot.
Which actually makes me think this article may be legit, but NO doesn't want to give up Paul. They want to add Lee with Paul, and are probably dangling West and Collison as trade bait to any team.
