Looked good this first half. Energy, effort - all good. Gonna have to come out with even more effort to start the second half 'cause you guys all know the NBA, the other team always makes their run. But I'm happy with the effort so far.

Again, very surprised no Steph. Not a huge Marbury guy and he's not the future here so I could care less, but really outta leftfield by D'Antoni. It's almost like he went out of his way to embarrass him for some reason. Very strange because nobody saw it coming.

I know it's easy to get excited about the Knicks after a first half like that where everything clicked, but I can't help but feel this team has enough to really be competitive most nights if we ever had that constant defensive presence in the middle. Jared Jeffries will be better than Malik Rose just for the extra height alone, but he's not the answer either. I'm talkin' a Marcus Camby, a Mutombo in his prime, or a step lower - even a Joel Prysbilla, that type... That type of player could really be a world of difference for this club because even on an off night, that interior defense will always be there. Hasheem Thabeet might be the man we need....

To put it all perspective though, the Heat was the worst team last year. But that aside, yeah.

If the score was reversed everybody would be praising the Heat and talking about how nasty is to have Wade, Matrix and Beasly on the team. That they are sure to make the playoffs.

Bah, want perspective? The Knicks are have practically the same group. And they sucked too. Unlike the Heat, we couldn't get the 2nd round pick.

Good first half so far. I want Marb out of here as much as the next man, but lest be honest, there is no reason for Marcy to be getting minutes over Steph. With that said, glad to see the coach isn't playing guys based on salary.

I got a feeling Wade is going to erupt.

haslem is just a solid power forward. too bad he has to play center.

To all who say they couldn't see this coming with Steph, I suggest you gotta learn how to read between the lines.

When is all of this going to blow up in MDA face? You the HMIC (Head Moron in Charge) not in the rotation. We will have a meltdown of epic proportions from Steph before the tree goes up in Rockefeller center. You have Curry who wont be playing so you have two inside guys for most of the year. I think if Steph makes it to Jan. it will be a miracle.
