Wishing everyone well. I enjoyed posting here for a while, but as I matured I realized this forum isn't for me. We all evolve. Thanks for the memories everyone.

OK, went to the gym 4 days in the past week, but ate pretty bad (Lost or gained no weight), so this week, I gotto add in the cardio and wipe away the fast food. I'm taking that next step now.

Question for the diet experts:

I threw up for three hours last night. Not on purpose. I thought i'd see a big difference on the scale today. Same weight. What gives... except my dinner?
lol @ being BANNED by Martin since 11/07/10 (for asking if Mr. Earl had a point). Really, Martin? C'mon. This is the internet. I've seen much worse on this site. By Earl himself. Drop the hypocrisy.

You threw up? Are you sick or do you have an eating disorder? Weight fluctuates due to water levels. You shouldn't weigh yourself more than 2 times a month and you should do it at the exact same time of day each time (when rising, before eating or drinking, is the best approach).

Oh, I didn't see that part. It seemed alarming as soon as I saw someone who pukes, weighs themselves, and then writes about it. Still seems a little unusual but at least it wasn't on purpose.

Yo, no joke, I had a get together at my house last November for the second game of the season, when the Knicks got killed by the Hawks. I only had a few beers at this point, and just a little to eat and puked. I guess the Knicks really do make you puke.

I wasn't even drinking alcohol. I think i just ate bad take-out.

Usually you're supposed to feel better after you puke, but last night I was still feeling a splitting headache and my stomach had nothing left to give after giving 110% already.

Great trick: I took a small piece of hard candy (grape jolly rancher) in my mouth and didn't even finish it ... and like minutes later I was feeling much better. Its like my tongue needed something sweet to revive my brain after that ordeal.

Hard candy! The best snack!

I don't think throwing up ever made me feel better. I get a nasty taste and feeling in my throat. I haven't thrown up in about ten years and that was when I was a freshman at college at a party. It was sorority party. As I was leaving, I said "Great party!" to a couple of girls at the exit and then accidentally puked in a garbage can right next to them.

It's been over 15 years since I've thrown up. Throwing up is for the young, I guess.

Give us the details! Was it from drinking or being sick? How many women were present?...
