Was Murphy's Law in effect for Jamal's shooting tonight? :)

How awesome is it to smoke the um... "defending champs" twice in the same season? Seriously, how awesome is that? Hell, how awesome is it to smoke the DAMN HEAT twice in the same season?

Still, fantastic win, but (and I'm going in broken record mode) we gotta start stringing more together. We're still -7 but .500 is far from out of reach. As long as we don't hit -10, we'll be OK, I think.

Nate? Grow up.

LOVED the way Steph came out and was driving and dishing. He got everyone going early and it set a great tone for the game. I think this is something that tends to get lost when we have Curry. It's not Curry's fault, but sometimes they get so concerned with feeding him the ball that the rest of the team just doesn't get any feel or flow. Most players need some touches to get a rhythm going and there's no reason we can't play like this WITH Curry and actually we have, but not consistently. More often than not the offense kind of bogs down with us trying to force the ball inside. I did notice a suttle change by Isiah in the Suns game, which seemed to continue tonight, but with much better results. It could be that Isiah sees what we see and has made an adjustment.

Anyway, great win, now let's get another one.

Man, I've been supporting the Craw man just as much as everyone, and he finally gets a fifty point game, and where was I? At the gym for the first time in God knows how long.

Pff, what were you doing at the gym? You know watching a Knicks game is about as good of a cardio work out as anything out there.

if the Knicks were down by 20 this thread would be 8 pages or more by now.

you notice the usual suspects are missing.

How funny that you only post after a win. Gimme a break.

I usually just skip over your posts but I couldnt help but notice that you haven't been posting in awhile. Where you been man?

You probably missed that Jerome J started and played well actually! I still wouldn't start him, but he had 6 pts in the 1st quarter and one of his famous behind the back dribbles on the fast break! Someone should post the video of that dribble!

I looked away for a second when Balkman did this incredible dunk. Can someone put it up please?

I still can't believe how hot Jamal got.... It was ridiculous watching him last night.

I love the line on SportsCenter after one of Craw's last runners...

"In case of emergencies, Jamal Crawford CAN be used as a floatation device"
Alan Hahn: Nate Robinson has been on a ridonkulous scoring tear lately (remember when he couldn't hit Jerome James with a Big Mac in early January?)

HAHAHA!

They showed all 16 shots from his consecutive streak on NBAtv. I saw it live too but it was sweet seeing it in the highlights.
Jamal is SOOOOOO much better as a starter than a reserve.

Steph played well. Honestly though their was no Xs and Os to this offense, basically the plan was to get the ball to JC he was in the zone. During timeouts, the whiteboard was probably filled with ways to get him open, as they came out setting double screens, once he got the ball everyone just stood and watched like us in amazement. You can't play like that every night. Curry is good, ball movement is good when they have the right players on the wing to benefit from the open shot. Whats hard is when teams double team a guy before he even gets the ball, and they still try to force it in there. I guess thats what your talking about, in that case they should move the ball around better
I see ;)

I think Steph was distributing great even before JC got hot. Steph made a lot of good passes to our big men. I'd be curious how many of his assists went to each player. I'd guess that about 7 were to front court players (SF, PF, and Cs).

Jerome is probably good for guarding against a huge guy like Shaq and that's really it. I'll have to pass on starting him. I really just don't understand why Lee and Frye can't start.

i agree.

i was at the game last night, and until i got distracted by jamal i wanted to keep an eye on jeffries. i actually thought he played well- and not just because he got a few open dunks. he was moving well on O and D, playing within himself. honestly, other events of the game made me forget specifics, but i thought he was OK. as a guy getting moderate PT off the bench.

I hate to say it - but one of the big reasons we won this game so easily is because Zo was out. That guy gives us FITS.

Of course, Craw had a solid effort, too.

Eddie is the one he really gives fits. The Knicks were just money, even outside of Crawford.

Zo wasn't going to bother 8 3's in a row!

Good luck Mike D'Antoni, 'cause you ain't never seen nothing like this before!
