when a guy comes at you 17 straight times saying the same thing, or nitpicks posts down to the nub he has to expect some flack. that's just the way it goes. i think he occassionally wore everyone's nerves down, even martin's.

I didn't really pay super attention to Bonn's nitpicking to be honest with you. I did always seem to notice the tons of negative posts towards him though. I'm being honest, but several of you are saying the same thing about him so there must be some truth to it.

I'm not gonna lie. I've been reading the forum at times because I miss it and I just saw that I was mentioned a lot in this thread. I'm stunned that some people here actually missed me (especially Fish!). I'll try to come back periodically. Right now, I'm insanely busy with grad school and applying for jobs.

Killa, I appreciate your thoughts on the matter but I think you're mistaken. Part of what I said about Bonn was a joke but part of it was true. Bonn was thought of well around here, as the testimony on this thread can attest to.

I was also never one of the people who jokingly questioned his sexuality.

rvhoss on the other hand, posted 2 pictures of asian people in an attempt to ridicule me. Why? Is my ethnicity something to be made fun of? Is yours? Is anybodys?

I agree with you that race and sexual orientation aren't things to make fun of. But you also have to look at intent. There was no malice intended by me and I've said nothing but positive things about Bonn since he stopped posting here regularly. rvhoss on the other hand meant nothing but malice towards me. I think that's been pretty well established. If I had made the same joke about rvhoss you might be on to something, although I think there is a huge difference between making fun of someone's race and their sexual orientation despite both being wrong.
