![]() Damn it I wish they had kept Ward he was the better running back not Jacobs.

![]() At this point he is more of a problem than is reasonable. Turning into a Jeremy Shockey situation to some degree. Problem is RB's have little trade value. We won't get much for him.
The Giants need Andrews to step in play really badly. I think thats the one thing that could save the team from being mediocre. I don't think Fewell is Sheridan. He tried something a bit more extreme with his game plan and it wasn't the best idea, but I think he'll learn from his mistakes and we will be alright defensively. |

We won't get much for him. I think Fewell deserves a pass. After all the year the Giants won the SB they started out 0-2 and gave up like 90 points in the first two games. Lets hope they turn it around. Few observations though. Tuck/Osi should be coming off the bench. Kiwi/Pierre-Paul need to start. I would like to see Sintim play more too. |

![]() I don't agree with you on Tuck. He was outstanding in the Carolina game and is the only 2 way end on the team. He has to be in the lineup as much as humany possible. Pierre-Paul still has a long way to go.
As for Sintim they wanted to hand him the starting job this year and he proved he couldn't handle it. Whats resulted is we've seen a lot of Kiwi playing standing up at SAM and he's had a great start so far this year. |

![]() The problem with the defense is that we are falling in love too much with our DEs and then we put 3 to sometimes 4 at a time in the line. I don't care how strong Tuck or Kiwi is, they are getting man handled in the point of attack and the other team ripping us a new one down the middle.
Fewell needs to get back to a more traditional setup where you have 2 300 lbers as your tackle and just have your DEs go all out every play when they are in. |

![]() They need to get Plaxico on work release and someone needs to tell BJ to strt playing for real again.
Strahan out of retirement would be nice too - sad the team is not as good as a couple years ago. "If at first you don't succeed, then maybe you just SUCK." Kenny Powers

Pierre-Paul still has a long way to go. Tuck is decent at stopping the run, but his pass rushing skills have deteriorated in front of our eyes. Next game watch how many time he is near the QB. You will find that he is no where in the picture on most attempts. As for Osi that is one overrated player. Sintim needs more reps more he plays the more confident he will get. Kiwi is the best the Giants have on the D-line right now. Third down conversion rate is a direct reflection of a defensive line that can't get pressure on the QB. That last game the Colts D-line was relentless making Eli throw quick the Giants D-line needs to turn it up. |

![]() Our offense is the most predictable in the entire league. Run the ball the first two downs for no gain then hand Eli the ball for third and long with no pass protection. Now Jacobs seems lost and all the teams are always prepared for Bradshaw.
And our defense has totally lost its ability to pressure the QB, we used to lead the league in sacks, pathetic. TKF on Melo ::....he is a punk, a jerk, a self absorbed out of shape, self aggrandizing, unprofessional, volume chucking coach killing playoff loser!!

Pierre-Paul still has a long way to go. Tuck, if not being held, is definitely always near the QB. On third downs they generally move him inside to rush instead of off the edge. I agree with you on Osi - he only thinks about rushing the pasher and generally overpursues or takes to wide an angle and is taken out of the play. He hasn't been the same since the injury and was always a bit overrated before that. |

It's bound to happen to a 6'4" running back at a young age. He just wasn't going to enjoy a long time in his prime, whether you can accept that or not. I just don't like his bitching and this sudden bad teammate gig of his. That's f'in stupid to me. ![]() The Juggernaut is declining similar to The Nigerian Nightmare. These big backs just don't have the longetivity a smaller back have. They are good for 2-3 years then the punishment they give and receive will take its toll.
