KAT hung 62 on Hornets.
He is part of Minny success. A big part.
He is healthy thus far also.

What made Gretzy great? Not skating to the puck, but where the puck was doing.

Leon retained mitch and Randle on good contracts.
Leon got Brunson.
Leon got OG.

We are far from complete, but its not about what was its where it goes.
Making mistakes is part of it. Reddish, Not drafting Haliburton, etc. It happens.
But one day Embiid will be a bad contract due to health. Its inevitable. Morey knows it, Leon knows it.
Question is can a team squeeze one chip and not have to eat 3 bad years after?

I don’t have the answer, but I know the question. What I don’t know is what does the owner think?

Can’t recall the names but used to enjoy the Raptors announcers. Now they are bad homers.
Caught 2nd half of Raptors vs Memphis last night. Grizz beat them pretty good in Toronto. RJ had a good game but Barnes and IQ shot poorly. IQ got assists but down the stretch did not look good at all.
Those announcers were painting RJ as a god, and was blaming the lackadaisical for no energy in the building.
True, but the product on the floor was not great. They are playing Grady Dick who came up limp with one FGA in 15 minutes.
RJ and IQ played 37 minute. Barnes 41. Poetl was out.

I agree on the broadcasters last night Nalod.

I think the long term good announcers are Matt Devlin and Jack “the coach” Armstrong - they are upbeat, funny and mostly fair.

I think the feed last night might have been Alvin Williams and Savanna Hamilton (not sure on these 2) and I thought they were awful / child like.
