Feeling good so far. A little sore on the injection location of the arm but nothing crazy. Went to the gym this morning. Didn't have my full strength but was able to get through my sets. It was weird. I didn't feel lethargic just that my usual strength wasn't there.

Same with me, though I’ve been quite tired in the evenings- I don’t know if that’s actually vaccine related, however- I’m usually tired!

The refusal to make the vaccines patent-free (or even something short of that but which allows for greater manufacturing) will cost many many lives globally, and will significantly prolong the crisis and run the risk of new vaccine resistant strains developing, but at least the drug companies will make gigantic profits as a result, which is the most important thing.

I got my 2nd Pfizer shot this morning. My only side effects of my 1st shot was slight tiredness and feeling a little colder than normal. So far I feel normal. If anything changes I will update.

Great news. I always wonder, does the way you react to the vaccine have any link to how severely you would have reacted to covid?

I read that the more robust your immune system is, the more likely you are to get really sick. The younger you are, the sicker you’ll probably get. I know a lot of older people that said they felt nothing. My question is “is the vaccine as effective if you never had side effects?”

Update:
Until the 6hr marks everything 100% normal.

6hr mark I got a hint of a headache but it went away and my head feels normal.

13hr mark random muscle pains(Right quad for me) and arm where I was injected is WAY more sore than 1st shot ever got. Just moving my arm and you can feel some pain. Everything is still mild in general but already way more than anything I felt the first shot. Still no pain from a headache but my head feels a little off and not normal. The head weirdness is so slight its easy to miss when you are preoccupied.

I am good. In general, all my symptoms are mild. I felt way worse when I got the flu in College. The symptoms from the vaccine are just way more increased from my 1st shot. I just want to be as detailed as possible because this is what I was looking for from other people who got their shots before me. The people I feel sorry for is people like this doctor is talking about in this tweet.

I am a high risk for severe COVID if I got it and I qualified to take the vaccine way before I ended up taking because I had no idea until I spoke to my doctor. If I had not been super careful that could have been me.

This will probably be the last update unless I get more symptoms later. 21hrs after injection I am pretty much back to 100% normal. Only thing is injection site is a little sore but no longer slight pain. I might be on the light side of symptoms but this was not bad at all. The nurse and doctor I got the shot from did says that chances are we might have to get a booster shot every 6 months or so. Obviously everything is still fluid and timeline is subject to change when we get more info on length of immunity.

I did not get majority of symptoms - and I know many who didn't either - UNTIL 24 hours after injection. You are lucky!

Do feel like we will be getting incremental booster shots for sure. Feel like it's going to be insane again starting in August when kids start to get theirs and then adults who got theirs early who would qualify for booster shots are eligible and possibly getting them too

Very lucky you took the precautions, kudos. I've been trying to convince all my circle of family and friends to get vaccine when ready
