Not wishing ill will on the kid. Seems like a good dude

But honestly those ultra tall toothpicks haven’t held up. KP, Chet, Shawn Bradley etc

Durant is the closest to one who succeeded but this guy is taller and skinnier, and with Woj saying he might be the greatest prospect ever for ANY team sport. Kid now has a cloud over his head

No, you're right. Human physiology does have it's limits. KP had to get thicker. Bradey never did. There has to be a certain training regimen for guys with builds like that to strengthen tendons and joints. Those long limbs can't be to stable and probably create alot of pressure on joints

Obviously it was rigged again. San Antonio is a deceptively large market (2nd biggest in TX, 7th in the US) and Pop is easily the guy you want developing the next great big man but I’m actually glad about the result. Wemby is not in the East so he won’t get in our way

Weak.

Nationwide markets ranking: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_television_stations_in_North_America_by_media_market
Dallas fort Worth: 5th
Houstan 7th
San Antonio 31th
Austin 35th

There have been 38 lotteries now in NBA history. Some have odd coincidences, most don't.
What does Pop have to do with this being "Rigged"?
What shred of evidence do you have other than "I don't understand it, so its rigged"?
Twitters don't count.
The burden of proof is on the accuser.

Just want to point out I don't think the draft is rigged. I posted that tweet for the information on just how lucky the Spurs have been. The draft is held in a room with reps from every lotto team. They all watch the process and none can leave until everything is done. I don't know how it would be possible to rigg it but then again I never been in the actual room during the process.

A little extra info is that the Spurs was so lucky their name came up multple times and they had to redo a couple picks because of it. Their luck is crazy off the charts type stuff of legends. I would not have been surprised that if allowed the SPurs would have gotten at least 2 of the 3 top picks.

Fred Katz was in the room and described it in Knicks films school podcast. Said CLT balls popped up also after the 2nd pick was in. If you understand the odds, its logical. Give a listen, good stuff. Its free BTW.

I know you guys are fans of not using real stats and using pretend stats but San Antonio is the 7th most populous city in the US therefore it is the 7th largest market

The issue with that is your not considering "metropolitan areas" You assume only city limits as the "market". Thats ignorant as **** dude. Belike saying nobody except those risiding in Brooklyn, QUeens, the Bronx, Staten Island Manahatten watches or goes to knick games. Now take that pearl of ignorance you exhibited and now multiply by 30 NBA teams.

So in your pea brain city size predetermines lottery order? Do you think this would hold up if you back tested it?

I think the lottery is fixed, just not by the NBA. Not sure if the culprit is God or the Devil.

Cavs had the #1 pick 3 times from 2011-2014.

No benevolent god is sending innocent kids to Cleveland at that clip!

Zach Lowe says he doubts Portland’s #3 and simons is enough to get Anunoby or bridges. I honestly doubt Toronto would pass on that , but if it’s even close to being true then the Knicks asset package isn’t netting a major upgrade.

Why is Rui H playing like I wish Julius would?

He’s restricted but I like his length, strength with some mid-range and post-up skills.

Shooting 58% in 18 playoff games on `54 attempts —- doesn’t jive with reg. Season #s.

He’s had depression issues I think as well but solid looking defender

Not necesarily. Muiltiple lower picks carry less of a cap hit and more bites at the apple than a more expensive higher pick that you need to hit on. It may boil down to individual team needs/preferences, but 3 mid round/tail end lottery 1st round picks may beworth more than 1 #3 pick to some teams.

People think entire presidential elections are rigged now but a bs draft lottery that is never aired live on tv anymore being rigged by the nba - now that’s impossible
