We just won the championship because KAT finally stopped underachieving, and started playing like iHart.

Anybody who does not think the January 2024 Knicks were ****ing phenomenal is a moron. And I am sorry that Julius hurt people with his finger.

Calling people you disagree with morons is not the way to handle your business.

I don't think you're a moron if you love a player I despised as a Knick. Everybody has their likes and dislikes.

Randle is a person who quits on their teams and now his last team quit on him and dumped him for nothing.

I've never seen a player behave more disgracefully towards their teammates than Randle and I resented it deeply when he was a Knick.

If you can't handle that, that is your problem. I'm not going to hurl insults at you every time you crash and burn over a Randle comment.

I think you're taking Todd too literally/seriously. He's the site clown. And he's good at it. No offense, Todd.

Clowning around is great, but calling posters morons is not sustainable.

I understand if you love a player sometimes it feels very personal to see them slimed by someone else.

That said, I don't direct any of it towards the poster, just the player.

If they are going to melt down every time it comes up, that's on them. I don't owe them an apology for disliking their pet player.

If a player has mental health issues like Randle does, I can wish him luck in getting treatment so he has a happy life after playing professional ball.

But that does not mean I will ever have a shred of respect for the way he disrepected his coaches, his teammates and the fans at every stop in his career.

Yes, he may be incapable of modulating his moods, but he's still the most selfish player I've been forced to watch for so many years because he was in a Knicks uniform and I still dislike anything about him as a basketball player.

So you could say I don't hate Randle the person for being cursed with bad brain chemistry even if I hated watching him play as a Knick.

If someone can't handle those comments, that's their problem.

U just mad cause Randle doesn't finger you anymore. He'll be close by in Brooklyn though....always hope for more future fingering.

We don't make that KAT trade if Ihart had stayed.

Sucked to lose Divo, but Deuce broke out and then we got Shamet and Alvarado and so now we have 3 pieces for the price of 1. And that gave us great depth in case DDV were to get hurt, which he did in MIN.

Sucks to lose Mitch, but we'll recover again. We got his best years and the truth is he's been getting heavier and slower and his FT's were becoming more and more of an issue. And of course only 108 games played the past 3 years and that's with limiting his minutes. he was down to just 13.9 in the playoffs and we still dominated. His peak was probably manhandling the CAVS in the playoffs 3 years ago.

I'll always remember the dunk on Embiid and the big offensive rebound late in G5.

The KAT trade was an epic heist. I still can’t figure out how Rose pulled it off

The OG trade is up there too. I’m not sure which one was the bigger heist.

I loved the KAT trade when it happened. I’ll admit I wasn’t as enthusiastic about the OG trade but i knew it was cap manuevering so we could get a guy like Mikal

F Max Kellerman. Ivy League snob who bashed the Knicks endlessly on a loop for years. Big Zach Wilson guy too before the NFL draft in 2021.

Yes, even if his nickname for Ghislaine Maxwell was Cornbread.

Same. I wasn’t sure about the OG trade. And losing Barrett and Quickley were both tough because they were homegrown. Losing Donte was also really tough but we only had him for a year and KAT was such an upgrade to Randle. Have to give to get.

Wouldn’t it be great if James Nnaji was ready to be a contributing center. He was the first pick of the second round only 3 years ago. He oddly wasn’t even an impact player at Baylor, and has since transferred down a level to George Mason for next year. He was with our summer league team 2 years ago. Hard to believe he can be this bad after being such a high pick.

I remember seeing Mo for the first time and my immediate reaction was this kid has way more talent and ability than that Nnaji guy. I had that reaction because it was Nnaji people were talking about as some potential future stud and Mo was on nobody's radar.

Nnaji had a physical look to him that seemed impressive at first, but when I watched him he did not move that well.

When I saw Mo I perked up because I immediately saw he had natural instincts for the ball, ability to move his feet effectively and he'd get to correct spot on the floor most of the time.

Doesn't mean Nnaji won't turn into a good player, but odds are against it now.

A really low end option not mentioned: Tony Bradley. He’s a completely acceptable 3rd string center. He rebounds and defends. He was a rotation player against us the last 2 years in the playoffs. Hawks in 2026 and pacers in 2025. He’s not great but he’s currently better than Hukporti or Jemison. He won a title in college at UNC and Knicks love winners. Still in his 20s, playoff rotation experience the last 2 years. Can probably get him on a non-guaranteed deal. Why not?

I just don’t see why the bucks would just give him away I feel like he was a major piece and reason they made that trade over the Boston package . But yes if they are sign me up!! That kid is a better version of Mobley . His motor is non stop, any trade would have to revolve around McBride . But they’d probably ask for more …. McBride, Kolek and pac plus a few picks . And that might not be enough. Our core right now is untouchable, but we might be able to get him in a salary dump with miles turner .

That would have to involve hart or bridges and those guys are untouchable in my eyes . Esp to take on turners contract .

Gotta offer this kid a minimum deal for 2 years and see if the mavs match . Or work out a sign and trade …

No one has offered him anything.

He would be awesome. It’s just rare to steal restricted free agents.
