Knicks win points in the paint 50-24 while Nets shoot 30 FT to Knicks 19. Insanely crooked. Knicks were the ones yaking the game inside.

I've been critical of Thibs defensive schemes at times but I have to give him and his coaching staff props for tonight's game plan.

After Thomas went off on us Friday night, the Knicks decided to trap Thomas coming off the pick forcing him to give it up and dare someone other than the best player to beat us. I've been calling for more traps and hedges off the PNRs for a while. Also notice they played drop on Shroeder, knowing that he is more likely to go all the way to the hoop where the bigs will be waiting for him....

On the offensive end, I'm liking Kat operating out of the high post (actually behind the 3 point line) and utilizing his better than advertised vision, to hit cutters and open shooters as he is starting to draw a lot of attention now. Good game...Hopefully this weekend is the beginning of a stretch of ball by us. .

Haven't watched the Jets in two seasons. Tell me what's gone wrong ? Didn't they have a great draft a few years ago. Team has whiffed on player development ?
