They have Steven Adams at $17m & $18M over the next 2 years AND would have to extend Mitch or lose him and this would be a good idea how...?

I don't see it as a loss or win. Just an interstitial move. I root for Iggy, but he's not an NBA player. And Rivers was in the doghouse. The Knicks just cleared space. Maybe Fergs pops, but I don't think they're worried either way.

Gotta clear potential locker room cancers. Rivers is someone thsts healthy amf can ball. So he will only get more and more upset over lack of playing time.

Its so quiet in the knicks side, less than an hour to go. Hoping the FO can pull out a miracle and get us Lonzo. The next best senario is for ball to stay with the Pelicans

Lou has dropped off of late. They need playmaking more than they need perimeter shooting at this point. I'm guessing they're just gonna keep Rondo on ice until the playoffs.
