Anyone think we will regret passing on Avidja for Toppin?

he definitely would have changed how this team got put together. Probably no Bridges.

I'm sure there's regret for passing on a LOT OF PLAYERS. But what does that do? Try driving your car forward, while looking in the rear-view mirror. You bound to crash.

He took a while to develop - Washington didn't keep him. Carrington and Brogdon? Im sure they would take that deal back even though Bub is pretty good. Avdija has become SO good at driving the basket and finishing. A playmaker off the bounce. He's a really damn good player.

BTW I still don't think Toppin was a bad pick, but Toppin clearly less dimensions than Avdija. Really a scorer and energy player.

Portland should have dealt Simons. Sharpe is better...Scoot is coming. Simons is surplus.

Nope. Only thing they have in common is that they are both Euros.
Gallinari was a stiff and slow bastard. Avdija is speedy and gets to the rim with force.
