How do you make that assumption? How? Langston Galloway just got 3/$21mm. Teams will take a shot on a guy that matches your description and about $5mm is a good place to start.
I find this ongoing assumption that "we could have done better or cheaper" with no evidence whatsoever to be annoying. Sorry to pick you out Hofstra as several have said it, including the Knick fan sitting behind. We kept our guy. It was a cap exception. Coaches like him. It was at a value we see other similar guys getting... But its summer so lets fight over Ron Baker and his 5% of the cap
