I get it. You'd love to be the meat in a Woodson and Melo sandwich.

I root for the name in the front of the jersey. You play favorites ridin' names that haven't proven anything besides mediocrity.

No you don't get it..I love wins and hate losing..It's very simple..I hate whats happening now because we are losing, period..I don't care about triangle if it's losing...I don't care what offense we run, one guy could shoot the ball all day if we win, I don't care...Winning, it's not a mystery...There aren't any glory in losing, just losers...

Woodson won and you can't change that argument...

Dolan is a dope..He should have locked up Woodson and asked him how to retool the team..He wanted the Starphuck in Phil Jackson..

Forget about the Triangle for a moment, it's all about building a base and getting younger players that grow with the franchise over time. Starphuching only works if you're missing like 1 piece from contending for a chip.

It's about getting young cheap talent that can potentially be studs and keeping them when the time comes. In order to get Kristaps and Grant, the purge had to occur to do a complete rebuild. When was the last time the Knicks did a proper rebuild?

17 wins is the result of that. Stop thinking about Melo's prime for once, and you'll see the big picture.

You are dreaming..When Phil leaves, and it might be sooner than you think, then its a new ball game..Mills can't do this...Teams in the lottery draft for years upon years to find gems...GS was the second most frequent participant in the lottery the decade before Curry etc...It doesn't happen in one year..You are hanging you hopes on two picks being stars, odds are they won't be stars..Minny has been in the lottery how many years with top picks and they still can't win..U are dreaming...

I am dreaming perhaps, but the other way isn't working either.

Why not copy what the good teams in the NBA do to produce winning franchises?

There are no singular blue print..U can do what GS and and draft or what Miami did thru free agency..It's what fits your franchise in that City..But NY won't stand for a rebuild..Wait until fans balk at a 25 win team and don't show up at the Garden..How long you think Phil has after that??

It's just plain stupid to let a guy who is wining in NY, go...Phil thinks he can be the defacto coach from the GM box..Ego...

Since Superfriending like Miami is a rare occurrence and not viable method anymore (See Free Agency 2015, all the teams with cap room like Lakers, Mavs, and Knicks got dissed), why not build through the draft and signing young vets with movable contracts and still have flexibility going forward.

Pretty apparent the latter is what's occurring with or without Melo in the fold.

Woodson isn't the coach for a young squad like this, let Fisher take his lumps and grow into the role, since we're in full rebuild mode.
