I don't think we should ever spend big dollars on guys that are not good players like the ones on this kind of list. So it's a two tier process IMO. If you spending good money you should get the best value for that money and a player more likely to produce at a high level. So YEAH WS/48 is important for the big money Free Agents we look to sign. A low cost prospect that hasn't fully developed but you like his potential is a different thing altogether.
