you're wrong on two counts:

1)while both entities may contain codes of conduct, in reality there is no valid comparison between a "corporate organization" on the one hand and an online forum where there is no pay and no work

2)even if this was a valid comparison there is the issue of orders of magnitude, ie this forum is not populated to the degree where a "corporate culture" comes into play. this forum is more along the lines of a small business, ie a company with less than 50 people.

martin and andrew's tolerance and laissez faire approach is a perfect reflection of what i am saying. now realgm, on the other hand, is more along the lines of what you are attempting to convey, but that place as you know is a cesspool /shythole, and their banning practices are hypocritical, ham-fisted and actually ridiculous.

i only post in here as much as i do because i genuinely care about the board and want to keep my two cents alive. This is the lowest point of the board imho. How ironic because we're rebuilding the right way and are tanking, yet guys still want to cry about 15 years. It's a joke

It's because they have a lot of things going on. With age comes responsibilities. That may be why a lot of members don't post anymore. Not everyone is fortunate to work and post while attending to family.
