I just can't say how this will eventually effect the team going forward because we don't know what moves they're likely to make. When I question the reason for the move it seems not to make any sense. If all this time Grunwald was doing exactly what Dolan wanted, then why would they demote him? It seems that it makes more sense that Grunwald and Dolan disagreed on moves. How else can we interpret the demotion? We just don't know, but hopefully some truth will eventually come out.
I think Dolan has been unimpressed with Grunwald's moves and is looking down the line to big decisions that will have to be made on the Coach and roster. When Dolan went over Walsh's head in the Melo trade negotiations it was the same kind of "vote of no confidence" move.
wake up man! the fish rots from the head down. dolan is a lowlife and apparently mills is a scumbag:
"Browne Sanders wept on the witness stand when she recalled telling Steve Mills, the president of MSG Sports, about Gonsalves and Marbury."
"she said that she repeatedly told Mills to intervene but that he never did."
"after complaining to Mills that Thomas had poisoned her work environment, he warned her against persisting with her harassment claims."
"She said that Mills dissuaded her from hiring a lawyer."
this organization can only have bad and inferior people running it because dolan is a bad and inferior person who can only feel secure when surrounded by other bad and inferior people.
wake up!
knicks win 38-43 games in 16-17. rose MUST shoot no more than 14 shots per game, defer to kp6 + melo, and have a usage rate of less than 25%
