Melo didn't have an efficient playoff run at all, just a game or two.

It literally looked like a spirit took Durants game from him in the last two....he was efficient as hell up until the last two.

it looks to me like durant is throwing the game-- you don't hit the back of the rim when you tired. hard to imagine but there you go.

So when Durant has bad games, this multi-millionaire is throwing the game for what exactly? But when Melo has bad games, he's just fat, out of shape, inefficient and we cant mention the fact that he was playing with a tear in his shoulder.....

ps i have to say by looking at that video it looks like vegas got to durant.

Dude you sound crazy. Have you ever played sports.

It's clear as day to see he is shooting with his arms to compensate for his legs being fatigued.

Durant went from efficiency to just flat out off.

Melo did no such thing, and even he is using the injury as an excuse, Melo looked no different on the court than he usually does.

obviously i played ball.

look at the video again. his legs are not the issue. he is not setting his feet properly at all. very suspect footwork on most of those shots. anyone who has played ball and has a good jumpshot will immediately see his footwork is way off. accurate shooting begins with the feet. sounds like you are not much of a shooter. am i right?

knicks win 38-43 games in 16-17. rose MUST shoot no more than 14 shots per game, defer to kp6 + melo, and have a usage rate of less than 25%

So become a pacers fan! Anyone that even watches basketball knows "volume scorer" is as back-handed a compliment as they come. How can you watch a team this way, wallowing in self-pity saying "we suck" "we suck" year after year while you put all of our opponents on a pedestal? How is that enjoyable for you? I don't mean for this to be an attack, I'm actually curious how being a Knicks fan is fun for you in any way. Melo is an extremely flawed player, I understand your distaste for him, but you actually derive joy from watching teams clobber the Knicks, it's very weird.

I am a NBA fan, a fan of basketball.. is that ok with you..... and who is wallowing in self pity? LOL.. I have watched this team suck for so many years.... I thought we were on the right path with walsh.. dolan messed that up, so as a fan I will just wait until this carmelo/JR smith era passes.... I don't enjoy watching them get clobbered, but I do enjoy watching franchises do things the right way, it gives me hope one day...

This is not what you call a fan. after Melo and JR you just may be waiting for a very long time. Say maybe 40 years of hate by you. I'm sure glad all of the other teams don't think like you. Then 99 percent of the teams will have haters because there can only be one winner. As I watch the Pacers and heat series I see Paul George surrounded be a very great core of players and even if Melo waited and opted out of his contract what we had was not as good as what the pacers have now. TKF what do you do when the Melo era is done and we have a worse team for the next 10 years. Who do you hate then. The hate you have for Melo is real sick. I read some of your statements about how you feel about Melo and it's almost like a sick emotional fan. Strange real strange. You get off by spewing your hate on the man.

what kind fan are you? rofl, you are automatically assuming the knicks will be horrible after his donkey leaves? I have hope, I honestly believe that once we get rid of carmelo and his sidekick JR, the knicks will have a chance to cleanse this mess... that hope tho is tapered because dolan is still our owner.. Yet there is hope.. the fact that you think carmelo is our only hope is just tragic on all levels... good luck with that... I just want a team with players who play both sides of the ball, play hard, play as a team... win or lose, I can roll with that.... i loved the knicks when we sucked before carmelo came here, what makes you think I am in it for just winning? you are absolutely clueless so stop acting like you know me, you don't know a damn thing about me to come to that silly conclusion..

I understand you dont like melo, and that's you right as a fan, but the guy is here, trading him wont bring the Knicks any closer to a title.

He does need to adjust his style of play, be more complete.

The team pre-melo group certainly was not gonna be any better, I'm not even sold they would have made the playoffs that year since amare was showing signs of fatigue.

Melo actually isn't the problem, the team being strapped with amare that everyone and their momma knew was damaged goods is the problem.

I dont like Amare because he is a system player being paid as superstar.

Didn't like the signing then, dont like it now, but if the Knicks have any shot of competing the guy has to be on the court.

The last I checked we have 5 players in the starting line up. Your hate for Melo is Personal. Kind of sick. You called the man a donkey. And you talk about cleansing the mess even though we had the best season in 13 years. Man you better check yourself because your hate is personal in a way that it goes beyond basketball. I probably was a knicks fan since before you was born and I never read in all of the threads a person who have such a hate that he would rather see a loosing Knicks team then to deal will Melo. Now that is sick. Really sick. And anyone who read your posts can say it's very very uncommon. I feel sorry for you to have that much rage in your heart for one man.

Dolan didn't sign amare. He didn't trade away the teams lottery pick and the 2012 first round pick to clear cap space. Dolan didn't hire Mike D'Antoni. If reports are accurate, Dolan agreed to include Moz in the trade while Walsh was waiting to see if Denver blinked. I never saw Moz as a deal breaker. Never saw Walsh as getting the Knicks back on track after his coaching hire. Walsh helped the Knicks become more respectable and less dysfunctional after Isiah embarrassed the franchise.

I dont get why people like Walsh. Who couldnt do what he did . Giving away players and draft picks for nothing but cap space. Wow such a skilled GM.Look at his great draft picks. His great FA signings. What am I missing the guy sucked

Put Paul on this team instead of Amare they beat the Pacers. Amare is the 1 killing the franchise. Amare is the 1 eating away prime years not Melo.

Put Paul on this team instead of Amare they beat the Pacers. Amare is the 1 killing the franchise. Amare is the 1 eating away prime years not Melo.

Even without counting Amare, the Knicks had more money in healthy players than the Pacers did. How about putting Paul instead of Danny Granger on the Pacers? How about stop using these distractions?

ps i have to say by looking at that video it looks like vegas got to durant.

Dude you sound crazy. Have you ever played sports.

It's clear as day to see he is shooting with his arms to compensate for his legs being fatigued.

obviously i played ball.

look at the video again. his legs are not the issue. he is not setting his feet properly at all. very suspect footwork on most of those shots. anyone who has played ball and has a good jumpshot will immediately see his footwork is way off. accurate shooting begins with the feet. sounds like you are not much of a shooter. am i right?

this is all overrated junk science,

you shoot in the way that comes to you from God,

look at Peja and Dirk

my point is his footwork was not good relative to his own customary footwork. unless you believe the footwork in the video compilation is his standard and usual footwork. is it?

knicks win 38-43 games in 16-17. rose MUST shoot no more than 14 shots per game, defer to kp6 + melo, and have a usage rate of less than 25%

A healthy carmelo is the best volume scorer on the floor.. not best player... and I am glad people are seeing how good the pacers are.. I guess me and a few others weren't so crazy agreeing with granger about being the second best team in the east...

I don't enjoy watching them get clobbered, but I do enjoy watching franchises do things the right way, it gives me hope one day...

and keeping him won't get us any closer either. so what you are saying is that carmelo will bring back nothing of value? because if we can find another sucker, and they are out there, not many, but there is a sucker team out there that will take him and give us something back we can make use of.. I am all for it.. to say we won't be any closer to a title is ridiculous, because you honestly don't know that..

I feel sorry for you to have that much rage in your heart for one man.

who cares.. first of all you have no clue when I was born, so that is just a wildly ridiculous statement..

I don't like carmelo and I want him far from this team.. He is fools gold, and he can take his stinky side kick JR smith with him.. they represent everything I hate WITH SOME of todays basketball player..

you have no right to judge who and how I dislike someone.. You love carmelo, that is your business... who cares.... I can root for the knicks however I want to.. and that really is none of your concern bro....
