correct me if I'm mistaken but I think the Knicks are going to win 50+ this season.
and given all of the injuries piling up throughout the season I think that's a pretty notable achievement.

I don't see How you say that, the guy has been a knick fan since he was a kid, he calls games on ESPN the same way he calls knicks games..These same Jabs that your talking was the same Jabs Marv Albert was not allowed to say and decided to walk away..Why shouldn't he critic the team

I know it's only temporary but the Celtics seem to be reverting to pre-big 4 era with only Pierce in the game. He started all by himself and once KG retires he'll be all by himself is Rondo is traded. In this brief instance of time it seems the Celtic's greatness is slowly fading.

I base it on his broadcasts. He has gotten worse since dantoni resigned in my opinion.

He seems fine to me. JVG actually accused him of being a Knicks homer during a Heat broadcast the other night. They were discussing Miami's upcoming schedule and the latter seemed convinced they would steamroll past the Knicks. Breen mentioned that the Knicks had beaten them twice and JVG replied, "Okay, HOMER." Doubt he'd say that to someone who viewed the Knicks in a negative light. I think Breen tries to stay fair and impartial. He's not going to be a shill, and I appreciate that.

5 straight.

The defensive rotations were great this game. Even on some of the Cs makes the rotations forced contested shots. Everyone's hands where so active. Also JR Smith has stepped up and if it wasn't for that 4-20 game he would probably have a stellar shooting month. The change has been he is attacking and making. Earlier in the season he was attacking but rarely finishing. Then he just stopped attacking but now he is driving and has been very creative around the basket.

You guys are hilarious. TNT commentators are aural sleeping pills. Really make you appreciate Breen and Clyde.

JVG said that as a joke knowing Breen's employer. Van Gundy does more justice to the Knicks in national broadcasts than Breen ever does. Maybe it's not so much knick hate as bitter resentment of the way the team has headed with melo at the helm, but it smells and makes his broadcasts unpleasant for me. I do believe the whole D'antoni situation made him slightly angry with the organization, the two were friends. Breen loves the heat, I'm absolutely sure about that, the sheer joy with which he squeals "LEBRON WITH THE MONSTER DUNK" (like a giddy schoolgirl) betrays his true affections. I get that he gets excited during highlight plays, but there's more to it than that.

Honestly think Breen does a good job calling the game. Can't see this alleged anti-Knick bias at all.

Other than Hubie Brown (and Clyde), I can't think of anyone I'd rather listen to.
