Remember the positive/negative thread in regards to Melo? Well, add yet another positive. Quoted from Jeff Van Gundy. "Melo puts so much pressure against opposing defenses".

Melo with 17 points off 4/5 shooting there in the first quarter while getting to the free throw line for 9 attempts? Making 8 of them? Simply amazing performance from Melo there in the first.

Miami's an above average road team. 16-11 on the road. I'll take being down by 1 heading into the 2nd quarter in stride.

We need to be more consistent on D in the paint. Perimeter D has been good so far, though.

Amare has to go into his move as soon as he touches the ball other wise like Novack he's useless in this game bring on Kmart

At some point the rest of the team will hit some shots and that's when the Knicks will take over. STAT right on que!!!

Copeland has shown he can get buckets. When our offense gets stagnant why not put him in?

Seriously, if Amar'e isn't RIGHT by the basket, all I want to see him do is catch and shoot from 12-15. I don't know WHY he's trying all these Dream moves in game. Figure that out in practice and in the offseason, not now.
