The thing that killed the MElo trade for me above all else was trading our 26 year old PG for a 36 year old one. That was brutal. I loved Felton and his bulldog style of play. Glad he's back. Playing like a top 5 pick again

The cool thing about last night was the decision to run and attack. Felton will never be confused with Russell Westbrook, however his ability to push the ball when directed puts pressure on any defense. All three of our guards can finish at the rim in traffic. Felton is nowhere near as sexy as "you know who", but Raymond Felton's down home, tell it like it is, rugged, country boy, South Carolina style deserves a standing ovation... or at least a gold star.

The season before he came to New York from Portland, one could tell that the big city had him excited. He responded with some of the best play of his pro career. He was deeply hurt when he was traded to Denver and he was not ashamed to show it. The hurt lasted for more than a year.

The second chance is the perfect opportunity to prove once again that he belongs in the city. Hence the self-described "chip" on his shoulder. A small town boy in the big city, surrounded by skeptics and following the contrail of a comet.

When you come all the way from Latta, SC, he only way to prove you belong is to work your azz off, without the bandage on our hand.
