NOtice how the Knicks more efficient and well executed offense is not allowing the Heat to get out and run. They've had to go against out set D all night and that's what I felt would be the Knicks advantage this year. They have to keep playing smart BB and relying on their D to hold teams down.

Heat are going to come out with guns blazing in the second half, we'll see if the Knicks can hold them off. Good early test.

very good half defense has been great. melo looks great however he is getting a little trigger happy he had novak open a few times

I agree it also looks like he is pushing his shot and rushing it too. He needs to keep going to the basket.

Impressive half. Defense is strong. James/Wade/Bosh doing the damage, but James and Wade are hitting tough, tough shots. Melo has been very good, but faltered at the end. Still like his aggression though.

Hey for a 1st game out the shoot against the world champs I can't get mad at the team having a few mistakes. This is exactly the game plan I felt they needed to have and they've been right on top of the HEAT and smacking them in the teeth. If not for the greatness of Wade and Lebron we'd be up more.
