I'm with nixluva on the crying and whining over every error.

This roster is still getting acquainted, ergo the turnovers. Lin is in his first tour of the league as a starter.

D'Antoni is attempting to carve minutes for eleven guys. Eleven.

They will figure it out.

F&#@, man, they won't! That's the thing!

We'll be here at something like a 30-36 record, 8th seed, saying that "they need some more time, it's only been one shortened season".

I don't know, gang. I know it's not good to be too far ahead of your time, and that's the boat I'm in right now.

Damn my foresight and uncanny intuition.

Knicks can't keep missing point blank shots and then not getting back on D and getting set. GOTTA MAKE SHOTS!!! It's not like Dallas is really playing any tough D. They're letting us get what we want.

I'm hoping we'll see our top Defensive unit again. It's been a while since we've seen them play significant minutes.

That was quick, SHM. With all the effort we expended in the 3rd getting back into the game, we gave it all back in les than 3 mins....

For example, you would think the Knicks would be REALLY pissed about having that Celtic victory ripped out from underneath them by that primadonna Pierce (and Dantoni, but that's another story) and that they will come out fired up and kick the living crap out of the Mavs tonight. However, we all know that this probably will not occur because their history tells us so.

On the other hand, the Mavs just lost a close one to the Thunder and they will probably take out their anger on us by kicking the living snot out of us.

Why does this appear to be the case I wonder?? Do our Knicks not care as much as other teams?? Do they not have as much pride as other players?? Who knows??

I have a theory of course. In a nutshell I blame that all on Dantoni for not motivating and inspiring the team properly but I am not in the mood to argue with the pro-toni's out there about this. Just stating my opinion is all, take it or leave it, I don't care.

I hope I am wrong of course, but I just have that feeling about tonight's game. Other teams always seem to use us as their theraputic stress relief balls and take out all their aggravation on us. I have not researched this or poured over stats, but it just seems that the Knicks don't take out their heartbreaking losses on the next team they play like other teams do.

Anyone feeling this way?? Or do I simply need to take out my hostilities on the Knicks and heal myself too??

Not saying I am Nostradomus or anything, but I posted this before the game. Hold your applause please, I am in no mood to be right!

agree with all you said

I was so P_ _ ssed going to visit my mom-inlaw in Ny after another BL _OWN D'Antoni lost to Celtics
I didnt talk to my family & kids for 2 hrs. Numb as hell

Knicks cant give away games cause Dallas/Spurs and Bucks on road is no joke!

And the killer is that we all saw how well they played together during the Lin Run but now we're acting like that was a fluke, or I don't even know what's going through guys' heads.

Some things just don't work together, like oil and water. You can't put a square peg in a circular hole. It's a law of nature this team is violating and we're seeing the bloody results.

These slow starts in the 1st and 3rd quarters are killers...we obviously need an energy boost, when will D'Antoni pull the trigger on the switch to Shumpert?
