Good thing we're not playing Miami tonight. But I like the effort on D and on the glass. I'm confident over time it'll even out on both ends of the court. You can tell they're working their asses off.

Observations:
Lockout basketball is fugly.
Amare has to stop trying to force things.
Knicks have been able to control the tempo.
Surprised at the low scoring first half.

We should be up by 20 against this defense.

OK... Fields is knocking down shots somewhat consistently, but we're going to need more from Melo and Amar'e.
Another season, and more adversity to persevere through. We will get the job done, even BETTER than last year. GO KNICKS!

The offense looks awful.

My biggest pet peeve in basketball has to be a stagnant offense.

ish smith and toney douglas are tied for the lead in rebounding in this game. weird game. pre-season-esque.

Watching Lee again I am so glad he is no longer on our team. Smallest playing 6' 9" guy on the planet. Thank Jah I dont have to watch this guy on my team anymore.

Both teams look very sloppy, like a preseason game. Carmelo looks half asleep. Stat is off. TD is way overrated as a defender. He frequently lets his man go right by him.

I expect the Knicks to tighten things up and win the game. Good to see Balkman used to cover guards on the perimeter, ala JJ. Now lets have him stick in that role and keep JJ benched. Just dont shoot from the outside Balkman.

Bibby looks competent. hope he can stay in there. watching TD run the offense is so frustrating.

Overall pretty good team defense ny the Knicks, minus a few obvious lapses. Some deflected balls landed in warrior hands.

This game is making me drink....

Is it the lack of PG play?
Tired from the west coast road trip?
Why are Melo and Stat settling for jumpers so early?
Why do we keep missing Chandler on those pick and rolls?
This team needs more players with speed and handles.....

I hope we don't continue our usual culture of:

Playing down to our competition....
Coming out flat in the 3rd quarter....
Lack of half time / in game adjustments....
