I like Mikes system (offense) and ive seen him coach some players really well, others not at all. He really improved Jamal Crawford. Duhon looked pretty good for a while. David Lee made an all star team. Mike knows how to run the pick and roll and he can teach players to shoot. Decision making or really shot selection is something he doesn't seem to teach. He always says that the players will learn what good shots are but they never do so maybe he should teach them.
