We don't have a PG or a SG. Wonder why we have issues in crunch time? I don't get our front office. Is this a good environment for Hill/Gallo/Douglas/Chandler to grow under? You can't have a completely gutted team with no structure, no leadership, not playing real basketball, not competing, and have your young guys grow correctly.

Alan Hahn: Nate Robinson has been on a ridonkulous scoring tear lately (remember when he couldn't hit Jerome James with a Big Mac in early January?)

Which is what we had under IT. If anything, we have MORE structure, leadership, etc., right now because at least some guys know they won't hang around.

WE AIN'T NOWHERE WITH THIS BUM CHOKER IN CARMELO. GIVE ME STARKS'S 2-21 ANY DAY OVER THIS LACKLUSTER CLUSTEREFF.

For those that really do give a crap the game file will be posted soon, but, damn... I'm done except for when the star teams come to town.

Enough, just, enough. If this is what we have going on then just cut every single 2010 contract you don't want to re-sign....and turn the team over to the scrubs.

It's not like the result will be much different.

Really? You put up through the previous regime and THIS breaks you?

Time takes it's toll.
That's about all...

---Thanks, JrZyHuStLa, yeah, I'm done for now.

I bet a lot of fans are done for now.

Hey, we all understand the future plan, but to see these guys, many of whom are supposed to be putting in work - auditioning for a future contract - GIVING UP like this? EH, sorry, done as a fan for now.

I will, as any NBA fan, tune in when we face a top NBA team, and if/when I do, I will record and offer the game.

But outside of that, wow, enough. No point to this.

...This game will be posted in, oh, about 60 minutes. Don't expect tomorrow's game. I won't be watching.

Pissed off to say the least.

Understood. Probably best to get away for a while if you're burned out.

Can we fast-forward to the trading deadline, when it usually gets interesting for us, even if we end up with empty hands like most of the time?

The last time I felt this helpless about this team I was posting on opposing teams forums on realgm asking their fans to chant fire Isiah when they played the Knicks.

I understand you completely, Cosmic. This is really horrible. After watching a great team play their best in winning a championship, coming from the Yankees heaven to the Knicks hell is pretty dramatic. The only positive we have, that mainly being Gallo, is being forced to play a three point shot or else offense where he can't really show all his talent. The rest of this team? Aside from the rookies, its pretty embarrassing. I don't think I trust D'Antoni anymore. I can't believe we are practically the same team as last season yet this version seems to e 100 times worse. And to think we need so many pieces to at least be decent...

When does Spring Training begin, again?

You are allowed to direct your poison at D'Antoni, for all I care. Donnie, on the other hand, better have a great sci-fi plan on convincing LeBron to come to NY.

I am tired of these fans acting like lebron whores.. come on yall, root for your team and stop oohing and awwing at lebrong blindly throwing up threes.

Chandler doesn't need to anything else with the ball except shoot when he is open.. geez

Harrington, I just don't want to see him on the floor again..

Duhon is a joke..

Gallo: finished 5-10 and 4-8 from three.. he starts off slow, but finished hot during that mini comeback and his teamates play keep away with him.. they are just too stupid. they rather lose than let him score and help the team. I believe that..

Jordan hill looked good. give him ALL of jeffries minutes..

This team is going to age dantoni by at least 5 years.....

when is the fire sale?

And at some point we have to man up and admit...Wilson Chandler is just not a very good basketball player.

exactly.. 2-7, but he is well capable of going 3-3 after that.. oh wait, he did.. LOL.. you have to make him a huge part of this offense.. but his teamates just don't get it..

chandler needs to get the ball when he can just finish or shoot.... his IQ is just not good enough to handle the ball and make decisions..

the problem I have seen with gallinari so far is that he makes a lot of shots when we are down 20 and seems to be 2-6/2-7 when the game is within reach. Id like to see him be consistent when the game is close and the other team is not lax. A good player plays well consistently. I think he has proven to be a quality shot when wide open--and that he can score in bunches but he has to do that stuff when it counts. Also Id like to see him cut down the incredibly high % of shots that are 3 pointers--a whopping 70% and concentrate on taking better shots at the start of games. I still feel he can have some success in the post--especially when they put a guy like Antony Parker on him. If I was coach and they had Parker on Gallinari--I would pound the ball to Danillo possession after possession in the post until they made me switch. I like my chances with him @ 6-11 versus 6-6 at close range. He can turn and get a high quality look and also puts himself into position to get his own rebound if he misses. His shot selection should be 30%3's and 70%2's. If they change that I think his shooting % will move and stay in the high 40's and he will get to the line more.

I love Gallo but right now he is a three point specialist. He does really rebound, not a great defender and cant break down a defense.

yeah, he needs to get stronger. or meaner or something.

What is up with Duhon? I can't expect that the team like his play or that of Harrington right now.

If any of you watched the D'Anotoni show you would see Gallo is doing what he is told!! >>>.. The offense depend on people get to there spot!..... Before yesterday I was thinking Gallo relied on the corner three toooooooo much for a player of his skill set!!!

But now I see he is told to go there and its up to Duhon to decide where to go with the ball!! He ****en hates Gallo though!!

I mean I never even see him look Gallo's way he totally ignores him!!!

Noticed two ugly passes to Gallo right after a third quarter time out Coach D must notice too!!

Only games we didnt go behind we ran the offense at least half the plays through Gallo!! And not just to score he like Lebron makes the right play!!

Proof is he scores 30 in Philly!!! Then has 5 assists in no time mind you vs the Hornets !!

Even vs the Pacers we were doing great till we started playing keep away from Gallo!!

I understand everyone is playing for a contract but if you ask me no one knows there role on this team!!

Love Al's ability to score buckets!! ..... But he has a very tunnel vision approach to the game and I think it hurts us way too much when he is trying to take over by himself!!

Coach should demand that Gallo touches the ball every time down the court!! He is our best decision maker by FAR!!!

KNICKS on the way UP!!!

Was at the game last night and it was a tough one to watch.

If the Cavs left LeBron on the floor, he would have scored 60 easily. We actually were't playing bad D on him, he was just hitting every shot imaginable.

I'm sorry, but Wilson Chandler just plain sucks right now. I think he brings us down with his terrible shooting, which ultimately leads to our opponents getting more possessions and more points because of the bad defense. I know they think Wilson is a building block for the future, but I just don't see it. The most I see out of him is a decent role player off the bench (and he is not even that right now). If D'Antoni wants to win games, Chandler should not get major minutes right now. He is absolutely killing us.

And for all of the Lee haters from this past off-season, I hope you watched the game last night. Say what you want, but he has been our best and most consistent player by far this season. If he doesn't hit those jumpers, we are down 50.

"This is a very cautious situation that we're in. You have to be conservative in terms of using your assets and using them wisely. We're building for the future." - Zeke (I guess not protecting a first round pick is being conservative)
