The way the draft went--with no movement from 14 all the way to 7--you knew that there was going to be fireworks. Its funny the way it set up as well with Memphis at 2 with 8 Pgs on their roster. If there was one team the Knicks could do a deal with to move up to 2 it's Memphis for Lee and pick 8--but alas the rules dont let you do that.

It is possible, but Memphis is a small market team. I doubt they break the bank on Lee. If Lee would go there for $9 mil, they could probably deal with that, but they would be stupid to pay Lee $10 mill or more.

yeah, and what andrew pointed out. if all the teams witness the drawing, how does that make it a conspirasy against their own teams' interests?

stern couldn't even bribe them because the amount of $ they would lose from not getting the top pick can't be enough that he would offer.

all teams have a poor chance at getting the top pick.

Could be a blessing in disguise.

Clips would be better off a drafting a center (Thabeet).

I don't think any of the top 3 teams NEED a PG.
