was nice to get a good look at what Gallo can bring to this offense tonight... i still don't think he looks even close to comfortable out there yet but the guy can definitely knock down those shots, & he's got a nice step back jumper that's pretty much unguardable... if he can knock those down w/consistency he's gonna be a real good scorer in this league.

While, I like Gallo shooting, I still want to see him do more. I think he is benefiting from first looks like Channing. I mean Woodson refuse to change from Bibby on him. Sometimes he does too much dribbling.

difference is, when guys pushed up on frye he gave the ball up.. gallo took josh smith off the dribble for a score and put zaza in the blender for a three.. he is just not hitting standing still jumpers, they are comming off the dribble.. what else do you want him to do?

I want him to post up smaller guys. He gave up on posting up on Bibby too easy. He should be able to do that no problem. I want him to quickly make up his mind and take Zacha off the dribble because he can. I want him to expand his game beyond the 3 point line. I like the drive to the hoop. I want him to demand the ball more from Duhon. He did a little of that tonight. I want him to showcase why he is the 6th pick. I want my lottery pick to prove me wrong very quickly.

This team is really something in the clutch... oy

LOL honestly it doesn't matter if it was Ewing's Knicks, Spree's Knicks, Isiah's Knicks, and now, well whoevers Knicks these are.

We are so good at giving up 3 after 3 after 3 while bricking on the other end to close out games. It's just a Knick thing.

Meanwhile, It's Los Mavs vs Los Spurs - so I guess the Latino thing is more than just a Knick thing tonight.

Its interesting to see what the team looks like with Nate out.

The ball moves a lot better.

Nate should never have been depended on to the extent where he's clearly our best offensive player. He's a super sub and that's all he should be asked to be if we're going to win consistently.

Papabear Says
Come on! This is just one game. I'm not the greatest Duhon fan but he played a lot of hours on the floor and helped us to win some games. I will continue to watch him. Nate is still the man. Al Harrington can be a pretty good player when he wants to be and when he does some thinking.

No bigger Nate fan than me, but we shouldn't be leaning on him for as many minutes as we are. He's a superior weapon off of the bench. We need to use him as a weapon. Not as our whole offense. It's like when the Saints realized that they should use Reggie Bush as a receiver and not try to run him up the middle for 10 wasted plays a game.
Alan Hahn: Nate Robinson has been on a ridonkulous scoring tear lately (remember when he couldn't hit Jerome James with a Big Mac in early January?)

he did take zaza off the dribble, except zaza was laying back for the drive, so he juked him and drained a three. off the dribble.. in another scenario, he took josh smith to the hoop who was playing him too close for a layup..

AS far as posting bibby, he still has a ways to go, gaining strength to be able to hold a post position, but he did display a nice post move, up and under a few games ago. again, we are seeing different things from this kid and a fantastic shooting touch. he has areas to work on like most rookies, but the kid is showing he can play...

I want him to demand the ball more from Duhon.

I have seen him do that and duhon look him off.. At some point as mike did earlier in the week, he is going to have to tell his players to pass the damn ball to this kid..
I want him to showcase why he is the 6th pick. I want my lottery pick to prove me wrong very quickly.

I think he is showing that, the product is far from finished, but you can see it comming together... patience...

Last night was the first Knicks win I've seen in person in the last 3 years.

Gallo was definitely feeling it and that juke move he did on zaza was hilarious. Lee was going crazy on the bench when Gallo pulled that off. The kid is so good of a shooter that you expect every shot he takes to go in. Hopefully we can continue to get him more shots each game (not having Nate last night probably helped).

Good effort on the defensive end last night too. Hughes has been very good for us so far, hopefully, he can keep it up.

wilson is fast breaking with the team and Duhon is standing still holding his hand waiting for the pass....what an ass.

Wow your dislike for Chris Duhon has met and exceeded my hatred of Howard Eisley.
I just hope that people will like me
