Its hard to judge this based on what we know of Eddy. At 26 he is still a man-child in many ways. He is married with kids but could still be wanting the forbidden fruit.

OMG. I thought Marbury was pure comedy. Curry is "blowing" Marbury away in the ridiculous incident category.

Auhhhh, don't saying anything about Curry blowing Marbury.

Has any GM in the history of any sport ever put together another group that has had so many legal problems and personality disorders? Unreal. Way to go Isiah. But, I'm sure MODI will make another blog about how Isiah's terrible trades and roster management were due to Layden.

You can trace the path of destruction right back to it's inception point: The trading of Ewings 14M expiring contract.

Even Ewing was involved with some scandal regarding whores touching him (as a married man) and mob figures, if I remember correctly.
I'm considering dumping this franchise. But I'll give Donnie a chance to right it first.

seriously tho, if some dude were to pull that crap on you would u have remained working for the guy? i wouldn't... & even if he just stayed there to amass more of a case against Curry for a bigger payday later, why isn't he suing him for more money then? why didn't he take the time to collect more than just hearsay evidence? it's all well & good to have fun w/this story but i'm not buying it personally... sounds way too farfetched of a story for the amount of money he's suing for... IMO, it's more likely that this is all just a severe exaggeration of the facts where Curry clowned around w/this dude like they were just bustin on each other in a lockerroom, & he considered this guy a friend & the feeling was mutual... i think these issues woulda came out a lot sooner had this really taken place in the context that he's being accused of, & the dollar figures would be a LOT more than what they are.

Well, I don't know, it's also a little hard to just let 3,600 a month go. If he is an ex-con, then it's hard for him to get a job anyway. And if it's all true, then why not be able to sue dude for wagging the big fella at him? At what point isn't' it about the money? And how many of us faced harassment of some kind, to avoid it as much as possible, hoping it would go away and in some cases, it just never does. Dude has the bucks so why not sue him? I mean when someone does you wrong, that's what suing is for, right?

come on dude, u telling me if some dude pulled a stunt like that on you & sincerely wanted u to touch his man salami, that u would have just quietly brushed it aside & hoped he never did it again?

You ever been in a harassment situation before? Did you and have you always gone straight to the authority to complain? By all counts of everything I have ever read, heard or seen, most harassments in this society go un-reported. It's a very stressful thing to have to go through. I"m sure a few people here can relate.

The best book is going to come from Herb Williams. He's been here since day one of this circus. I see a movie down the line

I am going to be the first one to buy Marbury's tell all book when it hits the shelves. That's gonna be the mother of all trash and I can't wait.

I hope the opinions expressed on this thread are borne out of years of frustration with Curry's lack of effort and his poor performnace. Because a lot them are in exceptionally poor taste. Lets not get overboard with this, this could happen to you. Only reason it doesn't is you probably dont make 10M a year.

Not to mention I don't treat people like that. Your supposed to grow wiser as you get older. Some people get sicker as they grow.

Knicks have a long history of sexual issues with its players that go back to the 60s but so far as I understand until some of this is confirm, Ewing was the boldest. The rumor around Fulton County is that Ewing was or is a deviant of sorts. A lot of stories about him.

Ewing admitted that the girls danced for him, he got aroused. They performed oral sex on him. He hung around a bit longer, talked to them, and left.

When the prosecutor asked Ewing, did you tip the dancers any money that night? He responded, 'No. I was told that it was taken care of.'

It was later alleged that players were inundated by offers from businessmen and they often received complimentary meals, suits, jewelry and even automobiles. In this environment, sex can be just another freebie, arranged for and taken care of like any other aspect of a player's life. Ewing didn't have to go out and find a girl. He didn't have to pay money. All he had to do was show up.

Former Knicks guard John Starks confirmed through his lawyer that he had sex with club strippers but he has since "redirected his life to Christ."

NBA star Antonio Davis held a press conference with his wife by his side to explain that although he had gone to the club, he had not actually received sexual favors.

Former Knicks forward Charles Oakley is another one of the players whose name surfaced in the Gold Club case. When the press asked him, he didn't deny it.

Patrick Ewing's wife Rita Williams-Ewing, who is a lawyer, retained nationally renowned divorce lawyer Raoul Felder and filed for divorce around the same time that published reports surfaced that Ewing had been seeing a twenty-six old Knicks City dancer, who told the press she "didn't have anything to do with marriage breakup."

Funny thing is that Ewing would actually let those club owners watch as he got some and they would ask is it good and he would say good. Rita's departure from MSG was ashame, Checketts was close to her and took it out on the KCD, remember the talks about the organization getting rid of them.

Thanks Pharzeone. I never would have been able to find that one, but that's it. Somehow I thought the mob was involved. Oh well. I kind of remember Starks taking the easy way out by finding Chrsit. What a bunch of bs that was.

no i haven't... have you? by all accounts of everything i've ever read, heard or seen amongst my peers, if someone were to shake their peepee in front of their faces & asked to touch it, that person woulda gotten their heads bashed in w/a quickness... i think it's reasonable to assume i myself would not knowingly continue working for a 7 foot tall 400 lb. homosexual pervert that threw racist bombs at me at every opportunity... therefore i find this guy's allegations pretty hard to believe.

Let's see what proof the driver has. I don't care for Curry as a player but I really don't think he said all those things. I also think that the driver was more than just a driver. I think that he knows secrets and things that Curry did. I think that Curry should work out something and pay this guy off and be done with it because this can open up a whole can of worms. Hell he's got the money.

Well, yes, I understand if someone showed you their pee pee. But I was talking about being harassed in general? Over anything. Race, the way you dress, etc.?

And yes TMS, I have been harassed over small things and big things. Some things were too small to make a fuss over, I'd have to let it build up to say something and it got too stressful to want to deal with it anymore. It happens and it's all human nature. Here's a good one. How many times have people on this board been harassed?

The size in inches will be presented at trial hearings... like material evidence.
So Eddy willl be better of to settle it.
