I don't need to defend myself though. I'll eat crow about Alexander, but I was happy at the time about Gallo, and I am now as well, and I'm happier now that we have Randolph as well.

I was almost the exact same way. I wanted Alexander or Westbrook and had Randolph as a back up plan based on what Briggs said about him(I never saw him play). But I had no problem with the gallinari pick either(considering I had never seen him play either). I still don't understand how people can have such strong opinions about things they know nothing about.

Since its been a little slow i thought that I would bump this. I originally planned to do it a year later but I think now that two years have passed its allowed us have a better grasp of what each players career will be like. Interesting to see how high the board was on Joe Alexander (who?). Thoughts?

how the heck did i get pegged with Alexander when i spent the majority of this thread arguing for the Gallinari pick??

i honestly don't ever remember picking Alexander... my board at the time was Westbrook and Randoplh, but i spent most of this thread arguing that we needed to give Gallo a chance!
