If they win, I would put there chances of winning a game 7 in Boston(they've been blown out all 3 times so far in the playoffs in Boston) at about 1%.

I think the Celtics have all the elements to implode. Major Chokery is staring them right in the face.

They are not going to implode at home against an inferior team.
Thank you, Rick Brunson.

They have all the pressure on them. Everything they do in Game 7 will be second guessed with doubtful calculation. Doc Rivers was the same coach of the Magic who allowed them to choke away a series to the Pistons after being up 3-1.

The Hawks really don't have a chance. They got destroyed each time in Boston and I don't see Boston folding in the biggest game of the series at home. We all thought Boston lost momentum when the Hawks won 2 in a row in Atlanta but they came back and beat the crap out of the Hawks in game 5.
Thank you, Rick Brunson.

That last play is indicative they have all the elements to choke. That's why they signed Sam Cassell and yet Doc had Rondo dribble the ball up court with 7.5sec left, while Cassell is on the floor and he pretty much dribbles the clock out. They are in trouble and if they have a tough go they're going to implode.

The Hawks were supposed to be on vacation already. 30gm difference in wins during the regular season and yet they have to play a game 7. LOL @ the Celtics.

that last 3 chuck by ray allen...he broke from the play and took an ill advised shot with 13 left in the game...doc was like WTF?!?!?

they can't handle the athleticism (much like how dallas couldn't handle golden state's athleticism last year)

boston is choking...

If Doc Rivers is still coach of the Boston Celtics next season, I will be shocked.

You have a team that has won over 60 games and you go for the three only down 2? I don't care if you are on the road, when your team is the better team and YOU have the momentum (not them), you try to send it to OT. If you go for three, you have to get a better shot than what they got with Ray Allen. That was one of the most idiotic things I've seen in awhile.

I also agree completely with what TrueBlue said about that last play. Thats the reason why the got Cassell, to take pressure off of Rondo. Worst comes to wose, if Cassell can't get rid of the ball, at least he is a much better shooter than Rondo and can hit the 3.

I don't think any team that has this much trouble against an 8-seed that backed into the playoffs is going to win any championship.

It's looks like the trophy is going to the Spurs or Lakers this year.

I hope that was the case because if Doc's intention was to go for 3, then that was just plain stupid.

Definitely looks like Gundy will be their coach next season.

I don't know dj.

After that Ray Allen 3, I was screaming at the TV because I thought the logical thing to do was get it to KG and go for OT.

Yeah, I saw that surprised look on doc's face, but only saw it once so wasn't sure if he thought there should have been a foul or if he was pissed at Allen.

If Ray did break the play, I hope for Doc's sake, that he calls out Ray for doing that in the post game conference. Either way, Rivers should be fired. Boston is getting outplayed and outcoached.

it was a screen for ray.
horford was on kg.
if horford doesn't jump out, it's a wide open 3.
if horford jumps out, kg is wide open underneath.
horford jumped out.
ray chucked it up like an idiot with a wide open kg underneath.
ray cost them the game.

Ray is an idiot.

Pierce is an idiot too for fouling out.

KG is the only guy from the "big 3" that I like.

Doc cursed him in Game 4 when he kept allowing Joe to do whatever he wanted. On one particular play Joe got trapped hard but Ray let him go opposite of the trap around him into the paint for I believe an And1. Doc screams to Ray "DAMMIT RAY"!
