This game will come down to point gaurd play and the Raptors backcourt are going to have a field day. I smell a blowout honestly. "ALL THE PRESSURE IS OFF"

Not to toot my own but T.J. Ford had 18ast more assist than all the Knicks gaurds combined.

I'm simply not that impressed with the Raptors. For one thing it appears to me that a team that plays solid D, will beat them easily. They rely so much on those set shots on the perimeter, but a good defensive team will take that away and force them to score from inside. The Knicks aren't that far off from them. I think if we have our full team we can beat them in a series. Steph again played great D and showed that he's not close to being done. The guy is playing is ARSE OFF!!! If he had just a little help right now, we'd be a LOCK to make the playoffs.

We can't survive forever with only Steph and Curry. Frye looked lost, which I just don't understand. If you're open just shoot the damn ball!!! Francis is a TO machine. He's got to be one of the dumbest players in the league. He kills our offense with his horrible decision making. We really need Lee back. Jamal may not be perfect, but you can see how much we actually need him.

I agree with the guy who said we can't rely on Q. He will still be a useful player when healthy, but that seems like he'll never be able to stay healthy for an entire season. I was already certain that Isiah was looking to replace him anyway, but this just cements the deal. This is why he was trying to get Rashard Lewis.

We need a perimeter defender in the worst way.

TJ Ford is good but he shouldn't be getting Stockton numbers.

Eddy misses Jamal.

We still don't have a head out there.
it wasn't tj ford - it's the pg tandem in toronto. tj + calderon usually get around 13+ assists between them. no calderon so tj picked up the slack.

our team doesn't have a pg.

LOL @ not being impressed with the Raptors while continuing to apologize and be encouraged by perceived Knicks baby step improvements. Raptors are a poor mans PHX so are you saying you aren't impressed with PHX? Because if a defensive team goes up against PHX they tend to struggle at times also. How long has this Raptor team been playing with each other? It's Bosh's first season playing with Ford, Garbajosa, Bargnani, Dixon, Anthony Parker, and Rasho yet they are 7 games over .500.

23-11 since jan 1st. if we went 23-11, how many parades would've been thrown around here already?

The Knicks aren't perfect, but once we add the players we need, I think we'll be a better team than the Raptors. We clearly don't have enough periemter shooting and we could use another real PG. I think Isiah should be looking for a 2 way swingman and a PG. From what I can see this team isn't that bad off when healthy. Not in comparison to the other teams in the East.

Toronto seems like a really nice regular season team, but I think they'll get pounded in the playoffs. What they do is easy to defend. They rely so much on drive and kick. They don't have much else. At times tonight we shut them down, but since we stink at getting out to perimeter shooters, they were able to get the best of us. Still even without Lee, Jamal and Q, we weren't totally out of it. We had a chance to win the game if not for Francis and his damn TO's.

Shame on the Raptors for being a "nice regular season team" in the first year they've had their whole team and management together. Wait till Colangelo makes some more moves, that team is going to be a top team in the NBA.

LOL again Thomas has had 4yrs to get the right kind of players in here and Calangelo spent esentially half a summer compiling Toronto's roster. I got news for you Nixluva and hate to burst your bubble but Toronto is not a finished product yet, by no means. The difference between them and the Knicks that gives Toronto the edge by a galaxy...... they have(CAP ROOM, DRAFT PICKS, A COACH THAT HOLDS PLAYERS ACCOUNTABLE, STUD GM, TEAMWORK, AND A FRANCHISE PLAYER). Sorry Toronto has this division on lock from here on out for at least the next 5-7yrs.

I'd also like to make a point ask the Miami Heat what they thought of the drive and kick system when they played the Bulls last yr in the playoffs? Nice way to single out Francis and absolve Marbury and Curry from blame.

I still don't think they're much better than us. You can't just ignore that we're missing guys and are scrambling to try and piece this thing together. Meanwhile the Raps are freakin healthy and have been for a while now. Colangelo was smart in adding some seasoned Players from the Euro leagues. I still don't think they're that good. We gave them a tough fight without 3 of our better players. I'd love to play them when we're at full strength and in the groove of playing again. I don't see much of a separation in my mind.

It depends on the moves Isiah can make over the off season.

he'll probably offer jared jeffries a 3-year, $60 million contract extension for the 2 points a night.

Curry, Lee, Balkman. I'm confident he will improve the team.

How...... the off-season is looking like this

-No draft picks

-No Cap space

-Possible MLE use restriction

-Another Buyout(s) looming

they have 2 draft picks, a first rounder from chicago and their own 2nd rounder.

they have some pieces that i'm sure teams would consider dealing for (nate, frye.........um......well we'll just have to rely on other GMs stupidity as well, isiah isnt the only jackass running a team)

so 2 draft picks (which isiah has proven to be good at) and potential for trades (where isiah has been fleeced a few times). should be interesting

If he can just teach Eddy to jump for rebounds that will be improvement enough. 6 in 41 minutes last night?

Thats it in a nutshell. If Eddy shows up next October in shape and ready to play NBA ball on both ends we can be OK. Otherwise it will be more of the same.
