The Knicks played a pretty crappy game too. It was just too much Eddy. He is 90% there on offense. Can we consider trading Frye or Lee for a defensive PF to compliment Curry?

I'd shop Frye. or... I dunno, try starting Lee and bringing Frye off the bench.

the magic played like the worst team in the league tonight.

if they had grant hill, I'm sure they would've played much better defense on Curry.

sarcasm aside, this was more orlando playing like crap than us dominating them (like killa said). curry dominated yet orlando still had a ton of chances to come back but didn't. the difference tonight wasn't eddy, the difference was our guards not shooting and their shooters missing every single open jumper.

And after looking like he was going to go for 30 points/10rebounds, Frye was almost totally lost in the second half when Isiah put him next to curry in the game Finishing with 18 points(15 at half time) and 7 rebounds(5 at half time).

Bench Frye start Lee!!!!!!!!

Ok, how do we win against one of the better teams on the road? This team is all over the place. I agree, not a pretty win, but nonetheless a win.

Steph led. Curry was dominating. I think the James move got in Howard's head. Frye...new role off the bench?

Good Win. Howard got schooled.
Another season, and more adversity to persevere through. We will get the job done, even BETTER than last year. GO KNICKS!

after the great 1st half, he had 5 points 2 rebounds and 3 fouls in the 2nd.

he only played 26 mins tonight. it's ONE game. we need to see how he plays off the bench for a few weeks and see what he's made of.

Frye had everything going in the first half, but with Curry on the floor the offense wasn't going to him and he had to guard the tough cover(which put him into foul trouble). Start Lee, Bench Frye and the Knicks as a whole will be so much better. We could get 60-55 points a night out of our three young bigs if we get them each going!!!!
(Curry 27, Frye 18, Lee 9=54 points 56 percent of our score)

Agreed, it's only one game, and he's good enough to get hot every now and again so his hot hand might not be that big a deal. We'll see over a couple games if he can maintain.

BUT, what I did like is that he continues to try different things on offense. Also he showed a bit more tenacity under the boards. He seems to be trying to expand and grow as a player and not just rely on that jumper. This is a very good sign. Note some good boxing out tonight, a strong move the hoop (and he made the layup this time), better rebounding and I thought, at times, he was playing decent defense. A very nice outing for Channing.

Eddy Curry and Marbury won this game for the Knicks. Frye had a good
game, but NY and coach Thomas tried to give game away many times in 2nd half, This win disgusts me cause you need TUMs to watch it to the very end.

Coach Thomas had stuck extra minutes with Richardson brick shots and
Frye who was hot in game, got limited minutes 2nd half.

This no way shoulda been a game when NY got up, and I love my team but
this is a bad as a Knick win, If Magic made few jumpers in the clutch
they would have caught the Knicks.

Great First Half! ...NY Took Dwight Howard out of the game and let Magic make it closer in 2nd half. But thank you Marbury and Curry.
This is the Marbury NY know they wanted to see.

I actually think Isiah had a GOOD gameplan for tonight's game. He had a great idea using Jerome on Howard. The team played under control for the most part, but they just made too many risky passes. You guys KILL ME. This was a Road win and against a tough opponent and yet the knicks can't simply get a good WIn" out of you guys. It had to be that the Magic had a bad game. I saw a LOT of good Knicks D out there too and that had a LOT to do with the off night by the Magic. Especially Howard. I'm sure that if the Knicks had not played any real D and the Magic shooters got a few easy ones early they wouldn't have had such an off shooting night.

Curry was a BEAST and our guys did a great job of getting it to him. We would've blown this team out if Q was on his shooting game. He clearly still is having problems with that arm. The Ref's were calling ticky tack fouls all game and we still beat this team. Had the Knicks been behind all game and pulled out a one point win, i'd still say it was a good win, cuz this team NEEDS wins. Style points are meaningless for this team. This isn't a smooth running machine like team. We have to grind our way to wins sometimes and that's what we do. Pound teams inside and on the boards and get the win.

I got no problem with that. But the "You guys ..we cant win" I dont know. Most Knick wins are
great and I'd hardly complain ever about it with this team.

I mentioned Curry and Marbs (whom i ripped) carried this team. Sure the Knicks showed good things
But if you're a honest fan and seen the game I seen, NY had control of game and could have lost it
if Magic hit few timely hoops. Plain and simple.

NYK blew Free throws galore again ..(norm) and Magic had no business being in this at end of game.
Period.

Zeke Thomas had a different game plan, I give him credit for 21-28.

But as far as coaching I aint going crazy to say "swell Zeke". It worked out for Knicks. No timeouts or adjustments for game changing situations. And when your guys are bricking shots
the way other Knicks (Not marbs or eddy) were and there is no adjustment for it, You can only
say its a good thing Orlando Magic were bricking shots too! perhaps they were fatigue from last
nite.

All in all NYK won, its one of few times I say I was impressed with the individuals more than
the way the game played out in Second half. Its like NY players were playing like "We cant lose"
this game.

Good thing we didn't.
