We got to win one of these B2B coming up no doubt. Maybe even both with the Pacers in Flux because of the trade today............Hibachi

Steph continues to prove that if you're talented enough to run the scoreboard, you're talented enough to play good defense. Mr. Hibachi was held in check tonight.

I only wish we had this Steph 3 years ago. :)

Give me a break. Marbury didn't stop Arenas. Arenas stopped Arenas. He just had an off night.

Marbury is playing better defense but even on his best night he's not stopping Arenas singlehandedly if Arenas is on.

I won't argue that since Gil IS that good, but I will give credit where it's due. I saw a guy who has a history for dogging it on D harrass one of the NBA's elite scorers all night. I'd say that helped Gil's off-night.

great game play to take arenas out of the game.

curry has to box out!!! Haywood had too many boards..

Q was on fire

Jamal was big late and bad early, just horrible...

Marbs and curry seemed to let the non calls get to them, they got hacked a lot, bad officiating.

Jeffries had a good game, but what happened to frye?

Lee played good but his rotations were not that good tonight.

we need another shooter to pair with Q, especially a guy off the bench. Brent barry?

that basket late, clowns from the wizz were in three second, no call, but jeffries should have rotated down.. and he didn't do it in time....

Tough loss..

Look at the positives here! Once again, we weren't exactly pushed off to the side. I use my case again, to make the point that the Knicks were right there, on the Wiz's door step, in they're house! Look at the first page of this thread. Someone said this should be the 'worst' blowout of the season and the poor little Knicks were right there, our very young, un-experienced team was right there in they're face. AND WE DIDN'T EVEN PLAY ONE OF OUR BEST GAMES EITHER! It took everything the Wiz had to win this one. I am thouroughly convinced that our Knicks can hang with just about anyone. Now for a little more experience. I know it's a little hard to swallow, losing by one, but think of how the first place Wiz, with all of they're talent would have felt, if they lost to our under rated Knicks?! Take the Knicks serious! They are up and coming and are for real!!! They know they could have taken this game 'very easily'! You'll see guys, these lessons are big with this young team. Don't pay too much attention on the W-L thing. Follow the development. That's key. The wins will eventually come in.
I'll never trust this' team again.

Some fans just don't get it. IT RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEIR EYES and the still don't see it.
No respect from Ref's as usual. Jared needs to get his act together. We got him for D and he's not doing his job. I know he can play better than this and he better start doing it.

This team is getting better. Efforts like this will help them to improve. Anyone could lose a game like this, there's no shame in this loss at all. Some of you guys can't give credit and can't admit that this team is improving.

This is going to be a tough stretch, but the team seems to be up for the challenge so far. We haven't even hit full stride yet. I like the overall effort level. We have to lower our TO's tho. A lot of them are unforced bad passes.

They played a great game against a playoff team on the road. The team is getting there. Usually they win these types of games. I thought they gave the too much time when Craw hit the shot. The D on the last 2 Wizard hoops was horrible. JJ2? Wake up!

Tough loss, but the silver linings are there. 18-22 seems so much better than 17-23! Too bad.

Absolutely wrong Islesfan - Marbury played outstanding defense, even when Arenas attempted to run a hard cut while holding on to one of his players in a 360 move, Marbury was right there. No, my negative naysayer... you are dead wrong on that view... I was there and watched the action off the ball the TV cameras do not show.

>>Marbury is playing better defense but even on his best night he's not stopping Arenas singlehandedly if Arenas is on.

The Knicks doubled and even tripled Arenas.

It's a team sport dude

No matter who we play, I feel for the first time in a long time that this team is not going to be afraid or back down. They'll give it they're 100% try. Eventually the wins are going to start coming regularily. The Knicks are almost on top of the mountain, almost over the hump. I don't fear any team or any player. I beleive again.
I'll never trust this' team again.

Yeah, so those are 'fundamental' plays, not talent. There's nothing wrong with the talent. We're witnessing the growth of a new era here.

I'll never trust this' team again.
