I dont think crawford did that bad of a job. I still think this team needs to run more, when we were down by 19 crawford nate ariza taylor( I think) and frye that got us back in it. anyway im a bit dissapointed but not very since I did see some goods things in this game and I expected us to get off to a slow start.

that's a good point. Mo Taylor was actually quite solid in the second quarter. why did he not come in in the third quarter when Malik Rose did?

yeah, if this team isn't forcing turnovers and running, it's not scoring unless Marbury or Curry is responsible.

At 3:49 Steph got the ball on the left side, Curry and barnes open under the basket, steph puts his head down and atleast draws the foul.

In a nut shell that was what is wrong with his game, it could have been an easy two and marbs only makes one.

Easy to lay it on him, but there is so much. Richardson has no legs yet. Reezy was the difference in the come back. His energy is incredible. He needs to shoot, he is not even looking for it now.

I hate that they gave up in the last two minutes like that! seems marbs like to argue too much. His energy seems misplaced at times. His maturation needs to put his head in the moment instead of souring on it.

I ain't laying anything on Brown. They just don't get it yet.

Im thinking Richardson at small forward and dump barnes. Nice try though!

Yeah I wasn't too impressed with Barnes either. But seeing Nate, Ariza, and Frye lead the comeback was nice

Good news. Hopefully it leads to a bigger role.

Bright side - the knicks rebounded much better.

For all you complaining about not playing the youth:
Barnes (25), Curry(22), Craw(25), Ariza(21), Frye(22), Robinson(21) , Q (25) all played. 25 and younger - 136 minutes

Marbs 41 minutes, Davis 33, Taylor 11, Roze 16, James 3 - 26 and over - 104

That's in the 2nd game of the year. So I don't think there is rational to complain about young guys not playing. Marbs is gonna get minutes the only other older player who got substantial time was Davis.

Good game.
But nobody can shoot on this team.
It's no way any team can win many games without anybody able to shoot the ball.
And sadly it is not the thing that couch can help with.
We need to trade for the shooters. Wizard showed that they can just outshoot us...

Frye, Marbury, Craw, and Q can shoot, and Curry can shoot a high percentage from inside.

They just need to relax.

Bottom line? 32-13 in the first killed the knicks.

Larry has got to settle on a rotation.

Channing is the man. Rose played well though.

Brown isn't going to settle on a rotation after 2 games - he has 8 players 25 and under. It will take some time.

its these type of plays Steph doesn't make with regularity that draws the criticism. Not 1 but 2 players wide open under the rim and he decides to try and take it himself. He makes the pass after the wonderful hussle, NY gets 2 Garden is energized. he big FEAR is asking him to LOOK UP will only cause MORE hesitation from him.

the stop underrating David Lee movement 1. FIRE MIKE 2. HIRE MULLIN 3. PAY AVERY 4. FREE NATE!!!

How is anyone ripping Marbury for tonights performance? I thought he played really well and ran Larrys system relaly well. Curry's foul trouble is what did the Knicks in. Knicks played pretty good defense and great rebounding. Too many times guys were left wide open in the zone and the Knicks were beat by it. I honestly didn't see anything wrong with Marburys performance aside from the FT's. You guys are nitpicking and really bad.

if Ariza doesn't start next game I will boycott this team! And Frye better see a lot of minutes from here on out and Lee better be activated over Rose!

I say give Lee and Butler the minutes that Rose and Taylor get.

I thought Marbury played pretty well too. Not perfect but I wouldn't complain. I agree that he's making an effort to run Larry's system.

I also thought his defense was decent - he even took a charge.

Turnovers and missed free throws killed us, and we didn't keep the defensive pressure up. Larry's still searching for the right combination.
