Ironic how Cleveland ran a deep rotation with their bench and limited their starters minutes all season (no player averaged more than 31.4 mpg) in part to avoid fatigue and injuries and here they are injured while we did the opposite and are healthy for the most part. Goes to show you minutes and amount of games played have very little to do with preventing injuries and at the same time we have the best health and conditioning staff in the league!

Theoretically, the Celtics have the munitions to fight out of this, but it’s hard to have much faith that will happen if their second halves remain this ineffectual, this discombobulated, this inexplicably bunk. Many have gone to New York to find themselves, to change their situation, to do what others think they can’t. The Celtics join their legion.
