at least the Cowgirls & Phillybirds lost this week, so we're only a game behind DAL.

still have our fate in our own hands... if we beat DAL & PHI we have a good chance to win this suddenly very mediocre division this year... after 4 straight losses i didn't think we'd have a shot, but it's now all up to these guys to wake TFU & be accounted for this season.

Tynes almost shanked that one too... OMG, we just squeaked a W this week... good job by Eli all day, his passes were on the money.

6-4, we can still win this division, but not if our defense keeps playing like this.

Gotta get this win tonight! if we can get to 7-4 we're looking good for the playoffs again... Broncos are struggling the last few weeks... we gotta take it TO 'EM & run it down their throats! i wanna see LOS domination tonight... pound Jacobs & Ware inside... no Ahmad Bradshaw so i'd like to see a wrinkle here & there maybe using Nicks or Manningham as a runner off a reverse play or quick screen.

Defense has been horrendous of late so the offense needs to dictate the pace tonight & kill some clock.

everything i said we needed to do in this game is exactly what DEN is doing to Big Blue... meanwhile our defense is still stinking up the joint & can't tackle nobody, we have a non-existant running attack, Brandon Jacobs is running like he's afraid of breaking his glass slippers, Eli Manning can't complete a damn pass to a receiver, & Danny Ware can't hold onto the friggin' football!

DISGUSTING! this team better WAKE THE FUCK UP before they get embarassed on National Television!

we're getting our asses handed to us on the LOS on both sides of the ball & Broncos' secondary is covering everybody like a wet blanket! this is sad.

According to Adam Schefter report on ESPN.com, Eli has a stress reaction in his foot as a result of the plantar fasciatis he has. Which means he's just one fat lineman falling on his foot away from having a stress fracture and being out for the year. At this point he's gonna play out the games till he gets hurt it seems. The reality is as bad as it has been the season is not over if they can miraculously beat Dallas and Philly. Even a split of those two games keeps the season alive temporarily. Of course losing those two games definitely means the fat lady has sung, at which point the smart move would probably be to sit Eli for the rest of the year.

I am still confused on why we have gone away from running the power I for Jacobs. Run this with Hedgecock and Jacobs and watch Eli play action everyone to death.

because Jacobs has been running like a scared little bitch all year... he's really disappointed me this season... the dude is pitter pattering at the LOS, not hitting the holes like the beast that he was last year... he's not even turning the corner like he was last season either when he breaks it to the outside... the speed & explosion simply isn't there this year... i dunno whether it's cuz he's nursing injuries or if he's just being a *****, but he talked an awful lotta smack before the season began, it's time for him to step up & show himself to be a leader on this team & back up the talk... same goes for Antonio Pierce.

I think he's banged up and also has changed his style to avoid injury. But 10 great games from Jacobs is better than 16 average-below average ones.

IMO we woulda been better off using Ahmad Bradshaw as our feature back this season (before he got injured that is)... he's been running hard & hitting the holes w/explosion all year, breaking tackles & fighting for every inch of yardage... that's the kind of intensity we saw from Jacobs last year when he had Derrick Ward as his running mate... Bradshaw also has separation speed & quickness to break off the big plays, something Jacobs has lacked all year... i was hoping Danny Ware could fill Ward's shoes but the injury really set us back & Brown getting injured on top of that really left us shorthanded at the RB position... Ware's back now but that fumble last week was critical... we gotta take care of the ball cuz our defense can't stop anyone, it's pretty obvious.
