I agree with you Matt that on any given night we can win but I am just so down on this team when it comes to playing on the road. I have absolutely no confidence in them when they play away from MSG

We're all down right now. Really down. It was an awful game. I just don't rely on any one previous game to make predictions for future games. I wouldn't with any .500 or .550 team because they're all way too inconsistent.

we also lost a crappy game at the Garden to orlando. it's not jsut a road thing. to be a good team, we have to win the close ones, and figure out how to put away bad teams early.

i'm mad at guys like crawford and nazr, who say how great it is to be on a winning team. they say that, and then give up games like these. it's all well and good to say you're a winning team, but you also have to win f-ing games.

ok, done venting. but this is ridiculous.

Master, I see where you're coming from, but atleast Craw and Nazr produced. Tonight, Craw finished with 41 points and Nazr has a 15/17 game.

Yes we are consistent to an extent. Almost every game we give very admirable offensive outputs. On the flip side, we are very consistent at giving opponents wide open or point blank shots, easy dribble penetration et al because we are LAST in the league at FG% D. When you play such bad D it puts TREMENDOUS pressure on your O. I remember thinking CHRIST Jamal is 17-20 and we are up 3 points? If we dont get stops, if we dont improve the D, it will be a struggle all year. This struggling against Atlanta and Charlotte is scary.

You're not getting trashed BECAUSE OF the game, are you? Man, I thought I took it really bad when the team lost! This was just a regular season game. Did you do heroin or something when they got swept in the playoffs last year?

We had 18 turnovers to Charlotte's 6!! We outrebounded them by 9 (46-37) but still they attempted 92 FG's to NY's 79! Brevin Knight had 18 assists?!?!? We shoot 49% and still lose to an expansion team! GARBAGE EFFORT, it htat can be called effort...

Yeah, this is... just... so... boooo!!!

This result was so pathetic that I couldn't help but laugh when the Bobcats kept hitting those clutch shots. Saying that we are going to have our "ups and downs" is over-simplification. We are going to be hitting HRs or strikeout all season long. I think the strikeouts will be in the majority, judging by how bad our defense really is.
