Yes - both the kid from ST Johns (Jenkins?) and the smaller PG (Ziegler) - they gave Kolek trouble on both ends.

Tyler did have his moments though. Thought he look decisive on his floater and 3 was just long all night.

He made some untypical passes that were easy deflections for Detroit which may just have been not being sure where his guys were.

Pistons seemingly shot 100% of any error we made.

Don't like Ron Holland - thought he acted like an ass against us in playoffs and thought he was a bit of a jag-off today.

Talented yes - if a Knick I'd love him but as a Piston very annoying.

Soft - I think about 100 guys hit the floor in multi-car pile-ups.

Yes - everything with the offense looks smooth, solid and his size looks legit plus he can stay in front of people.

His box score doesn't show much at all in terms of rebounds, assists, steals and he did have 3 TOs but again he looked very smooth.

There was an extra gear in his movement tonight -- looks to have both dropped some baby fat and maybe got stronger.

Very intriguing because if he keeps improving quickness/strength he's got the skill to bully people with his body if he can get a step -- talking in a few years.

It's possible he could be a rotation / back-up 3 and if shot holds up provide another bench shooter/scorer option with Clarkson, Yabu and/or Deuce.

I'm hopeful with this kid Martin.

Thought Huckamania looked maybe a bit too conditioned -- looked a bit undersized but may have been camera angle.

I was commenting more on the first quarter when the refs were gifting the Pistons free throws

Not sure if that is a legit list of guys but based on watching many years of Summer League that list of guys looks like a TON OF BRICKS going to be showering down on us in Vegas.

Probably some great dunks, passes but I suspect lots of bricks will be flying.

My initial projections turned out to be spot on ---- though TONS OF BRICKS was more like TONS OF T.O.'s -- seemed like Kolek may have had 20 at one point but box score says (5).

Have to say Pacome looks VERY SMOOTH and his quickness looked much improved vs very sluggish last year. VERY SMOOTH.

Pistons got SO MANY lucky bounces that turned into 3's or dunks I stopped counting and refs allowed them to hack/whack all game long BUT they deservedly KILLED US.

Will say that our 5 key guys Kolek, McCullar, Huck, Dadiet and Diawara look like they belong to a degree - Beauchamp looked ok but small.

Diawara looked ok physically - he moved well, defended and had some nice passes -- looks like he understands how to play.

The rest of our squad from Scuka to Dink, to Nnaji, to Biwali, to Yudai, to Anton --- look like complete garbage.

Summer league is such a **** show with guys hacking, collisions, bricks and just typically a messy, messy game that's it's really hard to judge some guys (didn't stop me) in this environment.

Most encouraging thing to me was Pacome looking to have very high skills and size for kid who turns 20 later this month.

I'll also add that I was impressed by McCullars movement only the court he was fast with the ball and showed nice burst off his first step.

Dadiet looked solid. He was the one player that stood out.

The Beauchamp highlights look like Kevin Knox with a handle. McCullar looks more skilled at driving than the few highlights I watched of him in college. Takes it to the rim stronger.

This version of Dadiet will help.

Feel like Dadiet has the type of frame to add more strength too without losing any speed. There was more pop and decisiveness to his movement and that’s all I needed to see.

His bballIQ can carry the rest. Feel like Knicks have a potential rotation guy in the least.

Can’t wait to see him with the main crew.
