This team is trending down in titanic fashion. What a pathetic game. Can’t believe I would ever be so mad after a win, but this was pathetic. This team is so far from contention it’s not even funny.

Just wow --- Mikal so bad, OG hit floor 3X in 1st quarter and can't stick a fork in ball or basket now.

Offense is yuck with Jalen shot hunting, refs ref Kat with a fine tooth comb and meanwhile everyone else on floor slugging each other around.

Kat perimeter D far superior to Kat interior D ------ team wise it was everything we could do to secure defensive rebounds down the stretch with Hornets barely having anyone over 6'9" on floor.

Hornet announcer is pretty funny --- just has fun all game. Said Brunson with another Meatloaf trip to the line "2 out of 3 ain't bad".

I found myself falling asleep this entire game.

Can we trade Mikal yet (LOL) - that thought has started creeping in.

Is that all that matters? This team was meant to be a contender. We went all in on this roster. Unless we are having all time shooting that game we are struggling to beat teams no matter how bad they are. We all know it won't be a wakeup call. There is no wakeup call to be had. This is what our new team is now. This is not last years team anymore. We are not good enough.

Rinse and repeat. Every game, we hope it’s a wake up call. Next game, they play the same pathetic defense. Today it was pathetic on both ends, which is always infuriating when a talented team plays a undermanned one and they play to their level. Today it was worse, like the Knicks couldn’t help themselves from handing the Hornets the win. So many turnovers, so many bricks, so little movement on offense and the defense lacking as always. They don’t even looked like a coached team.

Shots not always fall, but man, defense and taking care of the ball is about effort and focus. This team has none of that.

They have to look themselves in a mirror. Yes the W counts the same. The highs are as close in the rear view mirror as the lows right now. The sad thing is they look fatigued or spent like 20 games into the season. But there are guys who are just playing awful basketball and others that are playing stupid basketball. This was inexcusable. If Charlotte wasnt a G League team, then they lose. They lose to 29 other teams. They probably lose to Boston by 80 with this effort.
