Don’t trade Toppin to the Pacers. They are a handful now with Bruce Brown. Last thing we need is Haliburton feeding Obi with their young core.

Nuggets probably going to try to get Donte.

Need to move quick before we get shut out. Value contracts are important if Desmond Bane is making $40MM a year.

Curry signed with Dallas for Peanuts. Not much out there for us with Richardson, Brown, Prince off the market. Stay young, stay nimble.

Well of course. something is better than nothing, But what was offered to Toronto and knowing that team still had to pay him?
Sometimes your better off letting a guy walk for nothing then take back players or a contract you don't want.
I think Toronto got its moneys worth from him over the years and will be ok moving forward.

What's interesting is the high dollar not so great players are devaluing. Beal, Harden and perhaps even Lavine are not maintaining trade value.
Also reading the crazy prices paid for some players are not repeatable going forward. What Rudy went for, and Paul George had bit them in the ass.
For goodness sake Utah got in return for DM! They have not even gotten to use the picks really yet!

Seemingly Leon understood the future. Even RJ's contract is a bargain!
Our guys are all on very tradable contracts!

If the Knicks are flipping Toppin there arent a lot of options at backup PF. Best are Crowder, Craig and maybe a bought out Gallo. Gallo actually makes sense as a floor spacer and occasional big 5 who can play with Randle on occasion.

$40MM for Bane? 16MM for Strauss? League has gone mad. Hard to swallow some of these numbers.

We have the best contracts in the entire league right now. Let’s add one more with Donte on a 4 year mid level deal. That would be a big win.

Keeping IQ at $20MM will prove to be a deal.

I do feel like a deal for Ayton is available if we want it. Obi, Fournier, IHart and McBride would actually be a good move for both teams. But not sure Mitch would accept 25 minutes a night. But would really give us two elite units.
