Yup. Rj is too mechanical on his perimeter shots. I don't know how you fix that.

Very stiff...If he doesn't completely break down his shot and rebuild his mechanics. he will always be a below average shooter. Heard he was a natural righty...not sure why and at what point he decided to shoot lefty...

He needs to take up dancing. Hershel Walker and Willie Gault used to say they took dancing to help with their finesse and balance. Dude needs to get smoother. You are absolutely right. He is very stiff.
