Also glad they turned the water off. Ja apparently Thought that was a coincidence
This team is so dysfunctional now from the top down. Maybe this will galvanize things
I heard about the sell the team chant. One can only hope
He straight up said the Knicks talk trash and don’t play hard. It’s more of an indictment on the Knicks than him. We just fired Fizdale for the same $hit they are doing now.
I would trade this entire team except Barrett and Mitch and fire Mills and Perry. It’s sickening how we, yet again, need a fresh start. At least we have our picks and relatively okay contracts.
I know he said that, and it was a lame thing to say. I don't agree that we don't play hard (now). We played bad. Everyone talks trash
He definitely should know better and would have been better served if he just said My Bad. Stupid punk
not an indictment on Knicks. You don't do that crap for multiple reasons. One is sportsmanship (and Grizzlies would expect the same courtesy if the script was flipped); two, you're damn sure the knicks are going to play that clip before they play next as motivation.
Weird stat last night. Ja Morant was +42!! We need someone like that
Yeah, Jae clearly violated an unwritten rule. The game is over, you put the ball down. Personally, I have no problem with what Elfrid did. Now the other stuff....calling a Crowder feminine....No made a mistake. Jae does have certain tendencies but there is no need to call him out for it and put attention on an entire gender because Jae is lame. No apologized and I get where he was coming from, but he got to be smarter than that.
I agree. I think Morris wanted to call him a b###h without getting fined and made matters worse with the comment he made. With the money he's making, just say it and pay the fine.
I also have no problem with what Payton did. You play hard until the other team concedes. At that point the Knicks gave up and relaxed. What Crowder did is how players get hurt (i.e. Beverley injuring Westbrook's knee) more than what Payton did. And Crowder fronting like it's about playing hard for the whole game. Guarantee you there's video of him doing the opposite in a similar situation. What Crowder did is what we used to call fake hustle.
The truth is Crowder got caught up in the moment. Before the steal, they hit a three and the player held up his follow through all the way down the court on defense. Crowder saw an opportunity to pile on some more and didn't have the professionalism to resist. He's suppose to be the veteran on that team. I'm glad Payton did what he did.
