Can't demand accountability when you aren't consistent with your own players. Can't say you wand defense and keep Frank on the bench when you allow Dennis to sink your team.

Im starting to get the sense that Fiz lets his personality be on his way to good coaching, which maybe got him out of the Grizzlies gig and will soon get him off the Knicks.

Yes, he wants to be so a players coach...giving DSjr every chance but what SMith needs is tough love.
