Early, Larkin and THJ were all top tier athletes in their drafts. I think it's really going a bit underestimated the quality of the young players we've gathered. Larkin is going to surprise a lot of Knick fans cuz they haven't seen him and we haven't had someone with his quicks, athletic ability WHO IS A LEGIT PG!!! Larkin isn't Nate. He knows how to run a team. Larkin has good court vision and can also score inside and out. I can't wait to see all these young guys being developed. It's gonna be a long process as they try to learn the Triangle, but that's on Fish to get them up to speed.
I just think Early is a much better player than some realize as well. He's got the right skills for this system and he's also a great athlete on top of that. I like his attitude even more. If you watched Early he's a very enthusiastic player on both ends and that can go a long way. Summer league is gonna be fun. This is a very nice squad. These kids are smart and should be able to absorb what Fish and Rambis have to teach. If you aren't excited by those prospects you may be dead.
