Be impartial.
I can't believe I'm reading that anyone thinks Melo is better.
I'm looking at this as purely a basketball enthusiast, NOT a Knicks fan.
Carmelo Anthony
Dwyane Wade
They are equal

You're right that I do not like the way Melo plays. It's not effective. Your last comment indicates that you don't appreciate the importance of sample size. Short of a career-ending injury to Wade, there's nothing that could happen in one playoff series to change which of the two is the better player.

You're not looking at the big picture in my opinion Wade is declining do to injuries and age catching up to him and this is the beginning of it, time will tell though.

It's the same thing for Melo, he has sat out more games than Wade in the last 4 seasons, without playoffs. FACT.
Injuries plague almost every player. You can't predict Wade not coming back from his injuries, same as you can't predict Melo won't have a few big ones.

Exactly; based on conditioning and injury and surgery history, Melo has the "older" body.

??? They both came into the league at the same time and Wade has played 50 less games than Melo in the same time period.

Yea, regular season.
Counting playoffs:
Anthony: 700 games
Wade: 703 games and counting

So maybe Wade is better at staying healthy in the playoffs? Well, I guess you need to stay in them to stay healthy huh?
Look, there is no more contesting the fact that until Melo puts together a string of at least 3 years where whatever team he is on is successful (top 4 seed, division 1st, past first round) and partly because of his improvement in a few key areas, there is no contest here.

But, big respect to those trying to make the claim. You must bleed blue and piss orange. Much love.

25, 7, 7, 2 in 45 minutes Finals Game 3. Sure, Wade was 8-22 from the field, but he made GREAT passes all game and a lot of the offense ran through him. He did things last night that Carmelo Anthony will NEVER do. Just saying.

Melo has done things Wade will never do too though. For example, he was recently photographed

Jerome James?

Wishing everyone well. I enjoyed posting here for a while, but as I matured I realized this forum isn't for me. We all evolve. Thanks for the memories everyone.

Oh, so that's how he stays in shape in the offseason?

TKF on Melo ::....he is a punk, a jerk, a self absorbed out of shape, self aggrandizing, unprofessional, volume chucking coach killing playoff loser!!
