What are the better packages? Brook Lopez is a gimp and Bynum could fold like a house of cards at any time. Amar'e has had his injury issues but since his last major incident, the eyeball, he has proved durable.
That is what I was saying earlier. It would be between the knicks and Lakers. But I think the Lakers have better pieces
Pau Gasol and Andrew Bynum is the trump card. That's better than any other offer could be. Question is - would the Lakers do it. So far, they've been reluctant.
could swear I saw a report today saying they were willing to part with Pau and Bynum.
Orland does not want to lose him for nothing like Shaq but, no way do they move him for a guy with uninsurable knees who, is possibly one knee collision from being a role player. That would be just as bad as getting nothing for Howard. It ain't happening.
Over the last five years Amar'e has averaged 75 games played a season, where Bynum is 55 per season for his entire career and he's had major injuries in each of the last four years. Amar'e has many 70 and 80 game years under his belt.
Bynum is a bigger injury risk than Amar'e, by a long shot.
Amar'e-Tyson is a better package than Pau-Bynum.
