I would argue that we have a much better coach than talent on the roster. The only players on this team that are good are Stat and Melo. Fields has been a non factor, maybe he will be once the roster is filled out (if that's possible) and Chauncey is clearly not the right guy for this team. So how is MDA supposed to win with 2 players? There is seriously NO supporting cast. That is why this trade was a bad idea - we need to fill the roster with the types of players we shipped out. Until we get 3-4 more role players and a PG we won't be winning much.

That breakdown would work if we didn't lose to teams with even worse talent then us. A good coach is Adelman who still gets his Rockets to play hard regardless of talent or Scott Skiles. Part of coaching is getting players to maximize their talents and efforts. Do you see that from D'Antoni? We have gone through stretches like this with the team pre-trade so what was the excuse then? There comes a point where you run out of excuses. D'Antoni has reached that point.
