They would have played better if Granger played. The worse the opponent the schittier they play. Sign of a crappy leader.

I guess you can agree now that he aint such a hot coach!!

Getting there..like I said I agreed with you on a lot of the points. Just think he deserves a playoff to show and prove but with showings like this it's getting harder to believe that. A top notch coach doesn't get performances like this 2 times in a row.

Yeah! this is a joke! I hope Dolass will have the stones or the brains to dump him (unless he brings back ZEKE)

If Walsh retires because of his health or isn't extended because of Dolan's dysfunction, I think D'Antoni will be gone shortly after. I can't think of a NY coach who has been as unsuccessful and has not been taken to task for it by the media and the fans. I think Walsh has been a big part of that. If he is gone things are going to get rough for Mike.

Hey, at least we didn't give up 115 points or more again.

Walter McCarty sighting on the Pacers bench btw. Former Knick draft pick.

Sixers lost yesterday. This was a big game at home. I am not how or why the Knicks came and played the way they did.

The point I was implying the trade.... just wasn't that good. You are what your record says you are.....6-5 with Melo=Mediocre 28-26 without Melo=Medicore

Meanwhile The Nuggets are 8-2 without Melo and 5-1 without Gallo. I don't think Denver by no means are contenders but once we get to about 15gms or so played it's pretty apparent what you are for the most part.

We don't have a coach who demands effort. We don't have a coach that adjusts during a game. Our players aren't innocent either. This is on Melo and STAT to demand effort and display it themselves. We've been sleepwalking for 8 straight quarters.

The next excused MDA will get is that they only played 30 games together. They need a full season.

THEY NEED A NEW COACH - NOT EXCUSES!

I'd say the team's potential has increased. We've seen how they can play against the league's best. But then they sleepwalk through the league's bottom half. They have to improve on their consistency. And I do think that the team before the trade had the benefit of training camp.

Team needs to bring effort every night on both sides of the ball

This team is more of a veteran ball club the TC excuse is extremely poor here. We have 3 core players who are battle tested. This is real simple here, either the roster assembled is flawed and the players are to blame or it falls on the individuals who prepare them to play each game. Just like the Cavs got up for us we can get up for the Heat and Spurs but you should never lose to gutter teams at home and most certainly not get blown out by them heading into a playoff stretch. This team has very short-term potential and I think you know this but choose to be hopefully stubborn.

i agree w/u SC this team has been guilty of playing down to their level of competition this season on many occasions, it's a bad habit that i've seen Knicks teams of the past fall into... the '99 team was notorious for that, but they were able to turn up the level of their play in the postseason... u have to wonder if this coach is capable of getting these guys to put forth that type of focus on defense when the stakes get much higher.

I hope some realize teams are going to treat us like the Heat. Teams are going to play us hard and we need other guys except Melo and Amare to step up. This is why I'm not fascinated with some of the scrubs on this team.

Hopefully we can try to trade for Mayo during the draft.

OJ Mayo does what exactly? None of the trades you ever propose improve the team. We need a defensive big man, not a SG.

OJ Mayo is an upgrade over the SG's AND PG's we have minus Billups. PG's, SG's, and C's come at a premium in this league. We need a 3rd consistent scorer. Billups is nice for now but the guy cant be expected to play major minutes for 82 games + playoffs moving forward.

OJ Mayo
- great passer
- good shooter
- High IQ player.

OJ Mayo at PG here getting tutored by Billups would be great.

lol @ living the dream thinking Mayo is a point guard. He's not, not even good enough to take the reigns away from Conley, who as I told you was improving and growing into this role as a sure fire starter.
